Since people want to talk Harrowing....
This is NOT a jab at the planned skins for this year's Harrowing but, rather, a hopeful compilation of ideas we would like to see implemented in good nature of the time of year. I made this thread because while yes, certain champions (like Azir) would be nice to see with an event-themed skin, I'm getting tired of the EXACT. SAME. SUGGESTIONS. (like Necromancer Azir!)
To be fair, I have seen a few outliers to this scattered here and there, but they go largely unnoticed and I really don't see any good reason why they are so quickly forgotten or dismissed.
So I'm 100% confident in all of your abilities to imagine profound, insightful ideas as to how we could give Riot a nudge-nudge, wink-wink for the future to at least consider using as a base premise, if nothing else.
Some of these are straight-forward, I like to imagine. The others have a slight elaboration as to where I feel it necessary.
- Skeletal Aatrox
- Banshee Ahri
- Trick-o-Treater Akali (dual candy baskets for weapons, maybe?)
- 'Tricked' Alistar (covered in broken eggs/toilet paper)
- "I-Got-Amumu" (a nod to 'Charlie Brown')
- Raven Anivia (egg is rotten with stink fumes rising from it? what would be dropping down to indicate revival, though?)
- Lil' Angel Annie (could use white holy fire and when Tibbers is out, he's a devil and uses fire shield as normal)
- Harrowed Delinquent Ashe (basically a vandalizer)
- Necromancer Azir
- Candy Dispenser Bard (I bet some people want Bard and Blitz switched but Bard gives things out as part of his kit and it's more visual, Blitzcrank is more a decoration piece until he tries to grab someone)
- Pumpkin Blitzcrank (see above)
- (Already has a zombie skin so...no clue what to use for a new suggestion!)
- Boogeyman Braum
- Batty Caitlyn
- Nurse Cassiopeia (and don't you DARE say you haven't thought about it! rofl)
- Lycanthrope Cho'Gath (he's been pretty much everything BUT hairy—and feathered, but that's another story—so would be a good excuse)
- (I want to say...pay homage to Snoopy via making him dog-like but without the ferocity that comes with lycanthropism.)
- Darius, Taker of Candy (basically a no-good Halloween bully, it's a bit hard to place him, I'm sorry)
- Full Moon Diana (just grossly emphasize her default skin and add a few Halloween-appropriate touches to it)
- Dr. Mundo "Hyde" (Victorian-era outfit, ruffled as seen fit for a monster of a man, OR, and this would be awesome, he keeps normal demeanour until he uses an ability and "Hyde" makes a small or dramatic appearance depending on the effect, like always in "Hyde" mode as long as E is on, for example.)
Okay, way, way, WAY too many to think of for all existing champions so I'll leave the rest to you to discuss. Also, alphabetical order was probably not the way I should have done mine, it was really pulling at straws for some of the ideas I listed.
