Teki'wamu, The Cursed Insect

Teki'wamu is a worm that is cursed to undergo its metamorphic stages for eternity. She may add a spin to champion designs, as some people might prefer to wait before levelling her ultimate. I built her skills to work well with the other "monster" champs- like cho'gath, rek'sai, kog maw.. so that we can all reenact Godzilla. :P

Teki'wamu - I got the name from Google Translate, English to Japanese. "Adapts" gave me the translation "Tekio", and "Worm" gave me the translation "Wamu". Teki'wamu was the most phonetically pleasing combination of the two words for a name fitting this champ. role- Teki'wamu is a mage/support. However, her kit is pretty versatile- and could be fun for all roles except marksman.

Passive- Evolving Being Teki'wamu is cursed, forced to re-live her development phases for eternity rather than simply dying. Teki'wamu has four physical phases that are developed through Metamorphosis. Each "form" alters Teki'wamu's basic behavior. Worm- Teki'wamu is in her primary larval phase. She must feed to gain the nutrients needed for proper development. Her basic attacks have 10% life-steal. Drone- Teki'wamu is in her basic insect phase, longer with a strong exoskeleton, 6 legs and a scorpion-like stinger. Her basic attacks no longer have life-steal. Instead, her basic attacks apply X% of her ability power in poison damage over 3 seconds. (X being a good number for scaling) Wasp- Teki'wamu is in her adult phase. Her body is no longer worm-like, but has a clear head, abdomen, and thorax. She has wings like a dragonfly, and a much shorter stinger. Her basic attacks no longer apply poison. Instead, Teki'wamu can fly over terrain at 30% of her movement speed with a cooldown of 6 seconds. Queen- Teki'wamu is in her dying phase. Her thorax is enormous compared to her abdomen, and her head has swelled as well. Teki'wamu has larger wings, but can no longer fly. Instead, Teki'wamu births a worm every 5th auto attack. The worm has health scaling like a minion, and deals 35 + X% of Teki'wamu's ability power in physical damage. (X being a good number for scaling)

Q- Barb Teki'wamu fires a poisonous barb in a 450 unit radius that deals (25/55/90/130/175) + X% of Teki'wamu's Ability Power in poison damage. (Can be activated while in Web Nest.) (X being a good number for scaling)

W- Insect Domain Teki'wamu spins a webby cocoon around herself, and creates a webby terrain in a 550 unit radius for 5 seconds (becoming invulnerable for .5 seconds while she cocoons herself). While inside the cocoon, Teki'wamu restores 15% of her maximum health. Additionally, if her cocoon is attached to terrain, Teki'wamu takes (20/25/30/35/40)% physical damage reduction. Enemies in the webby terrain have their movement speed reduced (15/20/25/30/35)%.

E-Web Teki'wamu shoots a thick, sticky web in a (400/450/500/550/600) unit skillshot. The skillshot will stop upon hitting terrain or enemies. Enemies hit by the web are stunned for 1.5 seconds. The web will remain for 5 seconds like a wall, stunning enemies that walk into it for .5 seconds, and reducing their movement speed by 50% for (1.5/2/2.5/3/3.5) seconds. Teki'wamu gains (20/25/30/35/40)% increased movement speed along the web. After the first enemy walks into the web, it is weakened. If the wall is walked into while it's weakened, it is destroyed. The enemy is stunned and slowed normally. If Teki'wamu is walking along the web while its destroyed she will drop and become stunned for .5 seconds.

R-Metamorphosis/ Shed unique active, Metamorphosis- Upon putting a point into her ultimate, Teki'wamu must 'metamorph' before accessing her ultimate. first Metamorphosis- Teki'wamu cocoons herself for 6 seconds. This is interrupted by any damage or hostile spells. The time spent in the cocoon is doubled while behind the Inhibitor Turret. After the 6 second, Teki'wamu emerges as a drone. second Metamorphosis- Teki'wamu cocoons herself for 8 seconds, with the same conditions. After the 8 seconds, Teki'wamu emerges as a wasp. third Metamorphosis- Teki'wamu cocoons herself for 10 seconds, with the same conditions. After 10 seconds, Teki'wamu emerges as a queen.

Shed- Teki'wamu squirms out of her skin, creating a destructible barrier with (10/15/20)% of Teki'wamu's maximum health, and equal to her size and position. She removes all debuffs and crowd control effects on her, and gains 10% of her maximum health in restored health over 5 seconds. (Teki'wamu drops to her right-hand side, and crawls out of her own belly.)

I think the ult needs a rework (the shed part), and i think that when she cocoons she should get invulnerability for 0.5 seconds, but otherwise it's a great concept.

Didn't read, upvoted for the name.

Also, elise's e is already cocoon.

Good concept, but WAAAAY too op If i were playing her, I wouldn't even level up my ult past Wasp, because of the mobility Also, her E should have a scaling stun time I really like the evolution concept tho, But the concept in general isn't balanced

W and E shouldn't have the same word, "web"

Wow, really cool. I think it could use some work on her damage output and lankiness because she sounds ridiculous, but there are a lot of play-making (or breaking)-abilities here. maybe make her e also stun allies if they walk into it to take away SOME of the over powerness to it??

who needs to fly over walls when I got Bard xp just kidding, it is a fun mechanic. But hey, we can go under a wall with RekSai and through the wall with Bard. All we need is an over the wall.

Also maybe her ult can shed back to the beginning (larvae or worm whatever you called it) when she dies but she keeps all of the passive effects as she evolves and using her ult adds an "evolution" idk just a thought, the way you had it kinda seemed like a combination of Elise and Khazix . So I was trying to give a way to change that.

You should add me and maybe we can talk about making these together, I doubt they will actually create one but it is still fun hoping and wishing, who knows. Maybe (if we talk) we might get champions made that we created concepts for, or find our mechanics and abilities in a new champion. If you are up for it, so message me in game or something.

Thanks for the support everyone. What should be changed about Teki'wamu? And if anyone wants to discuss lore- that could be some fun too. Keep the comments clean please summoner 1
