I'm guessing Cassiopeia will get one, she seems like a good candidate for a Harrowing Skin. Otherwise, I feel like really any champion who hasn't received one already has a pretty good shot.

Probably some of my guesses Frankenstein Sion skin. Trick or treat bard skin each of his little meeps wear different costumes and his chimes become pieces of candy and his heal thing is like a pail of candy that fills and fills till its full for the full heal. Necromancer azir has always been a cool idea idk we may get another slutty Halloween skin so like "Insert fetish here" ahri.
