The challenger skin is suppose to be a symbol of the new season, however, this year it's suddenly absent. Did y'all decide not to do one or is it simply just not ready due to the season starting so early this year? Was really hoping for some Challenger Jhin. Jhin with pink/purple effects ftw!
I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be the start-of-a-Season equivalent to the Championship skin line (which, if I'm not wrong, represents the strongest-for-the-longest/one of the strongest-for-the-longest picks of each Season, but in the professional scene/LCS and all that), so I'd imagine it'll only come in early 2017, a bit before the professional scene begins.
