Magical Teacher Support
I'm thinking there might be a good support for helping ADCs learn how to play, while still being useful in their own right. Being a teacher at piltover's institute and having all of their abilities being based around rewarding good play from allies, along with it taking good planning to set up a "curriculum" for said allies
Passive - Teacher's Pet: Allies who kill someone and let you get an assist in the kill are healed for a flat amount. Along with this, getting a kill or assist gives you personally a small movement speed buff.
Q - Accommodate: Within a long range. Create a point on the map that, until it disappears within a few seconds, gives a speed boost to all allies (and yourself) moving towards that point
W - Detention: Send forward a skillshot that damages roots an enemy for a brief moment, if you or an ally damage that enemy within a few seconds of the root, they will be rooted a second time. (Scales with AP)
E - Reward: Make the cost of the next spell an ally casts completely free (if it has one), you can only cast this in count of things that allies nearby have killed (For example before any numbers balancing, if your ADC last hits 5 minions, you can make their next spell free)
R - Test: Enchant an ally, and the next time that ally damages an enemy champion, a countdown for [balance number] seconds will start and the ally will begin their "Test". The test will be to kill said enemy champion. Taking damage during the fight lowers your grade, and the enemy surviving more than [balance number] seconds will give an F. if allies pass the test it will give them a damage buff for a few seconds. The strength of the buff, and the duration, depends on their grade, with an F giving no buff whatsoever. An A giving the whole buff.
