Galio Rework Idea

Thinking of a possible niche for him and being sort of build around rushing in and ulting seems to be my fav idea for him

Passive: Galio gets bonus % ability power based on his magic resistance, sort of like a item 3089 passive, that gets stronger with magic resist.

Q: Galio throws out an orb towards a target location, it quickly grows and thus the blast radius gets larger the further you throw it, this also slows and the slow gets stronger the further it's thrown

W: Passive: Galio gains bonus flat magic resistance and armor per level. Active: Galio casts a shield on either himself or an ally, whoever is shielded takes negative damage (aka, gets healed) for the first attack taken after the shield is placed. The shield takes a second to apply however so it is advertised. Along with this, the passive armor and magic resist given by the W's passive are given to allies for a few seconds if you place it on them. Casting on yourself does not grant bonus armor or magic resist.

E: Galio send an inverse conal skillshot towards a direction, (being a large circle at the start and ending in a point, think of Aatrox's E as being something similar), this does damage to all enemies hit. For a few seconds it leaves a trail of wind on the ground that speeds up the attack speed and movement speed of all allies who stand in it. If Galio recasts his E while he's standing in it, he will dash to the endpoint of the skillshot and be CC immune for the duration of the dash.

R: Galio roots himself to the ground and automatically casts W if it's off of cooldown. All nearby enemies automatically will be taunted for the duration of the ult. After a short few seconds Galio will deal damage in an AOE circle around him, dealing more damage based on the number of times he was autoattacked, up to 200% more damage. If an enemy is killed at any time during your ult, or is killed by your ult's damage, your E automatically comes off of cooldown

doesn't look that much different from galio's original design, and the Q sounds a lot like Aurelion Sol's Starsurge
