Name: Cobra Alias(es): the Chosen One Gender & Race: Female Human Residence: [unknown] Faction: None (former Noxian) Role(s): Mage, Assassin Resource: Mana Range: 175

BASE STATS: Health: 530 (+ 74) = 1788 Mana: 275 (+38) = 896 Armor: 25 (+ 3) = 76 Magic Resistance: 30 (+ 1) = 47 Movement Speed: 335 Attack Damage: 55 (+ 1) = 72

PASSIVE: Ally from the Unknown Whenever a stealthed, or otherwise concealed from her sight, champion is within 850 units of Cobra, the voices in her mind begin whispering to warn her. They become louder and louder depending on how close the champion is to her. They won't, however, become louder based on the number of champions, only the closest one's proximity to Cobra.

Q: Lash Out FIRST CAST: After a 0.5 second delay Cobra conjures a whip of energy, with which she strikes all enemies within 550 range in a straight line. The strike does 65/80/95/110/125 + (90% AP) Magic Damage.

SECOND CAST: After the initial strike Cobra has 1 second to cast the ability a second time. She instantly lashes out in a very wide ark in front of her, striking all enemies within 450 units and dealing the same damage as the first cast.

If an enemy champion is hit by both casts they're stunned for 1 second and Cobra's gauntlets are charged for 2.5 + (1.5 per 100 AP)% of the target's missing Health in Magic Damage if they fall below 50% Health.

Cost: 60 Mana for each cast Cooldown: 12/10.5/9/7.5/6 seconds First cast width: 60 units Second cast angle: 140°

W: Blinding Blast Cobra releases a blast of crackling energy in a 650 unit area around her, blinding all enemies and dealing 100 + (30% AP) Magic Damage. Blinded champions are Nearsighted to 125 range for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds and cannot see Phase's trail. Blinded monsters and minions cannot attack for the above duration instead.

Cost: 40/50/60/70/80 Mana Cooldown: 18 seconds

E: Crackling Slam PASSIVE: Cobra's basic attacks are unable to apply on-hit damage. Instead, she stores the damage in her gauntlets as charges. Each of them can store up to 60/120/180/240/300 damage for 10 seconds. Cobra can have a maximum of 3 charges. Excess damage refreshes the duration of all charges.

ACTIVE: Cobra leaps in the air and then slams the ground at the target location, releasing all stored charges. The leap can pass impassable terrain. The ability does magic damage equal to the stored one in a 175/350/525 unit range (based on number of charges spent). At maximum charges the area also slows all enemies in it by 35%; this effect lingers in the area for 3 seconds. Crackling Slam cannot be cast without stored damage.

Cost: 75/80/85/90/95 Mana Cooldown: 25/22/19/16/13 seconds Cast (leap) range: 450 units

R: Phase Cobra phases out of this world for up to 2/3/4 seconds, gaining 2.5/5/7.5% Movement Speed, becoming invulnerable and invisible, but leaving a trail that enemies can see; cannot attack and use abilities, items or Summoner Spells while Phase is active.

Cost: 75/100/125 Mana Cooldown: 60/45/30 seconds

Lorewise, Cobra would be someone who had rough teen years as this is where the voices in her head begin whispering and drive her crazy until she learns to listen and trust them. As nobody believes her, she becomes an outcast because everyone thinks she's gone mad. Then she discovers her powers - the ability to manipulate an unknown type of pulsing energy, as well as being able to phase in and out of the material plane. Since she is barely able to control those powers they constantly get in the way and soon enough even her own parents start to fear and reject her. Left completely alone and with nothing but her powers she becomes a mercenary under the fake identity of "Cobra" - a job she dislikes, but one which grants her as much freedom to practice and master her powers as she could need, while making some coin out of it to cover her expenses and travel from place to place in a quest to find out who... or rather what she really is, why those powers were given to her and how to truly master them, as well as use them to their full potential.

to be fair the ultimate is a little underwhelming, enemies can just trace to where you are going and then kill you once you exit the ult, especially champions who are quick or have long range.

How would the passive work? It seems to work with sound and a lot of players can't use sound(like me). And the numbers might be off a little, but otherwise, this would probably be a great champion.
