Reaper. The undieing runeterrian
I am a old Sion main. As a old Sion main I understand why he was removed. His kit was really not inline with any meta after season 1 and was WAY too hard to master. But after his removal I thought of a idea of a champion. What if a champion would have all of the important parts of ad Sion's kit but is inline with the current meta. That's when I put in a kit to be inline with a imaginative story about lol.
Concept: Sion's kit was the ability to be very powerful with few items allowing most items you take to have more then the basic use and even allowing for the ability to get a sight stone and assist your team and still be a super tank with life steal. Meanwhile in bronze it is considered broken in platnum it is just considered strong. Or if you feed trolling.
His passive: reaper is close to death but that doesn't mean he cant run. He doesn't get his movement speed reduced by reducers when it gets too high.
His q: reaper throws out a skull at his opponents causing them to be stunned as they force it off. stunning them for 1 to 1.5 seconds. 450 range
His w: reaper summons a skeleton to kill a minion. if reaper or the skeleton kills the minion he will be shielded for 150 to 350 for 5 seconds and cleansed of all cc. this skill goes under cc meaning he can cast it even if he has cc on him. 900 range. and 20 second cooldown. decreasing to 10.
His e: To keep inline with (new) Sion being a champion he will not be increasing his health for every minion. Inst ed he will increase his ad by 25 to 65 but lose 7 to 21 hp each and every time he auto attacks and will be able to use it if he doesn't have the health for it. It will just put your hp on one and you will not have hp regen for a time to compensate for it this will last as long as it takes for the regen to deal with the amount you lost. any damage will kill you. You also will gain .5 movement speed each time you kill a minion and gain double the stats for large monsters and champions.
His r: Reaper refuses to let blood loss stop him and heals all his wounds from doing damage increasing the morale of his allies for his unwillingness. basically 50-100% life steal and the same as old Sion's ult. It gives him 50% attack speed per level and heals his allies for 50% of his healing in a range twice his auto attack range. This does not stack with other forms of life steal to compensate for the other buffs. 20 second duration. This isnt that long as you will be in a fight for a long long time. Sometimes even haveing to heal from minions for 10 seconds.
The main idea to why this champion should be in the game is because it solves the problems that people have been saying with the new champions. Over complicated kits and too meta focused. With skill on old Sion you could beat ad

riven and
Irelia so it should make those champions alot less powerful. However you lost hard to tanky champions like
renekton
nasus and
shen. This means that while his kit being easy to learn as with old sion its also hard to master. Fixing the problem that alot of the newer champions have. This will make a bridge for non current meta champions as reaper will allow a way in for tanky champions and will reduce the problem with irelia fizz and lissandra.(he beats everyone but champions like ryze in the cancer top lane matchup.) It should make it alot less difficult to find a good Nerf for the "op champions" as they can lose lane hard and will not be able to do what they can aginst every other champion.
Idk if anyone really cares about the lore but I'm gonna make a poll asking if I should post it. I also understand that in the terms and conditions it says that any unsolicited ideas can be uncredited and will take responsibility for this not being asked for. (idk if it is asked for since there is a forum on it.) I just hope that this will be in the game. I also have a few other ideas for if they are wanted. But will likely not be posting them in the near future.
