Jukka, the Steam Gunner
Jukka is the young daughter of a junkyard scientist in the back alleys of Zaun. Due to not having a scientific mind, she instead regularly helps test out new inventions created by her father, to some degree of success. Jukka has green eyes and long blond hair that is covered by a bomber hat. Her outfit is composed of a leather vest over a dress shirt, ankle-cuff pants, and leather loafers with high socks. On her back rests a tank filled with steam which connects to a rifle she carries with her at all times.
Assassin/Support
Passive: Tempered Steel > Every ability cast or critical hit causes two shards of iron to split off in front of Jukka that remain on the map for 10 seconds. > 1. Allied champions who walk over these shards gain a stack of Loot, which is automatically sold for 5/10/15g each when at the fountain (no cap on stacks). > 2. Enemy champions who walk over these shards have their feet impaled, taking 50/75/100 + 25% of Jukka's total defense in physical damage and slowing them by 5/10/15%. Enemy champions are immune to any additional shards if they have stepped on one in the last 10 seconds. > 3. Jukka gains 4 armor pen and a stack of Scrap for every shard she walks over. Each shard buff lasts for 2.5 seconds from pick-up and only 5 can be in effect at a time.
Q: Scrap-shot
> 1. Passive: Every 30 (affected by CD) seconds, Jukka accumulates a stack of Scrap (max 5). Upon activating, stacks are consumed and an additional shot is released in a conic AoE for each stack consumed. Each scrap bullet deals 33% of the damage Scrap-shot does. > 2. Passive: For every 2 stacks of Scrap consumed, an additional shard of Tempered Steel is released. > 3. Active: Jukka shoots a short-ranged bullet, dealing 50/75/100/125 + 100% bonus AD + 15% total armor in physical damage. > CD 25/20/15/10 seconds
W: Magnetic Force
> Jukka lobs a turret towards a target location. Upon landing, a 975 unit magnetic field is created in an AoE around the turret for 10 seconds, preventing allies from becoming airborne or knocked-back for the duration. Turret can be destroyed by being AA'd five times by an enemy champion. > CD 60/50/35/20 seconds upon turret death
E: Pressurize
> Jukka over-fills her tanks, causing her to dash forward 475 units, leaving behind a steam cloud for 1.75 seconds and blocking the vision of all enemy champions within. An additional steam cloud is created upon landing. > Enemy champions directly behind her are slightly knocked back. > CD 45/35/25/15
R: Wireshot
> Jukka crouches down and starts building up steam, channeling for the duration (5 seconds max before forced discharge) and gaining 5 armor pen for each second charged. Upon release, a modified bullet is shot out, dealing (115/250/385 + 100% of Jukka's total AD of physical damage) on impact with an enemy champion and latching onto them with a thick wire for 7 seconds. This wire creates a moving, flexible, impassable wall between Jukka and her target, allowing only minions to pass through for the duration. Jukka can recast this ability with 5 seconds to set up a pole, permanently affixing the wire on her end to it instead. Enemy champions successfully hit by this ability cannot flash away, teleport, or use any movement abilities other than speed boosts for the duration. Additionally, enemy champion cannot move farther than 1250 units from Jukka/the pole affixed with a wire until the time is up or Jukka/the pole is targeted and destroyed. > CD 120/90/60
