Skin Idea - Painter / Artist Poppy

Since I'm terrible at drawing I'll spare you the suffering, but the idea would be Painter Poppy -- Poppy in a white wrap-around coat and beret, with her hammer and shield replaced with a giant brush and artist pallet, while also being covered in paint smudges.

Generally, her abilities will leave paint splats on the ground that dissolve after a second or two. Starting from her passive:

Passive - Poppy throws her paint pallet towards an enemy. Upon impact, pallet explodes in the color of the last ability you used (default red) before landing/returning. Shield will be whatever color was shown upon impact.

Q - Using Q causes Poppy to leave a zone of red paint instead of the usual effect. A faded red area persists after the explosion before disappearing.

W - Using W causes the zone around Poppy to leave a significantly faded yellow trail for a few seconds before dissolving. The active area around Poppy looks vibrant and opaque, with a clear darkened border around the perimeter.

E - Using E causes Poppy to leave a blue paint mark on the ground from where she used it. If she successfully stuns somebody, the wall will have a blue splat mark on it too.

R - During wind-up, droplets of paint will fly periodically around her. When used, the initial impact site will be coated in paint, and the landing point of any enemy hit will have a paint splat-mark as well. Of course, the hammer is also replaced with a giant brush as well, and the color will be the same as the last ability you used.

Her recall animation can be her setting up an easel, seemingly inspired by something and causing her to go into an increasing frenzy. Near the end of the recall, she'll accidentally stroke (smash against) the easel too hard, breaking it, and falling on her knees shocked. She could have it so she randomly draws a champion too, believing whomever she finishes drawing to be a hero worth immortalizing.
