Philo, The Zealous (Champion concept)

Philo(Fi-Low) is a bit of an odd ball among his friends, of which he has none. He spent almost all of his childhood admiring his heroes and never got around to living his own life. Philo is a good kid, but at times he gets a bit...enthusiastic about becoming a hero himself. Well, he becomes a bit more than enthusiastic, he becomes obsessive.
Kit:
Passive: Stalker
Every 20 seconds he spawns a doll looking oddly like himself. The doll will then go looking for the nearest opponent and latch onto them, giving Philo the essence of the champion. The dolls do no damage nor any affect, but they are unavoidable.

Shoots fireflies from his slingshot at the enemy which are counted as an auto attack. the fireflies stack on the enemy until they are a swarm and act ward until time runs out. Does not debuff

When to many heroes are close Philo gets nervous and sometimes lets out a little gas. This is a skill shot fart which knocks the enemies back and burns them.

Transform into whatever is nearest around you. A plant, bush, minion, or champion for a few seconds. If nothing can be found, cast it on yourself for a Doll to spawn which will be visible and wont chase enemies, but run away from them. Click this ability again to switch positions with the doll.
R: Superfan
Philo can punch the life out of a champion, meaning when he punches someone, they leave their body and enter a protoplasmic form. For opponents it knocks them back and out of their body. While in this form, the enemy champion is silenced, is taken off the map from everyone, and can't talk to their friends in chat. If Philo has enough essence of that champion from his passive, he can enter the champions body and he finally becomes the hero hes admired. He will be able to use the champions abilities and remains in the body until he either wants out or he dies.
The enemy champion whose body was stolen will re-appear out of the invisible form, but Philo will still get to be a clone of that champion.
