Diam, The Storm of Blades (Suggestions for a better name anyone)

Lore: I shall write this later!

Abilities:

Passive: Deathly Storm - Instead of mana, Diam uses spirit for his abilities and has a fixed maximum of 5 spirit. He regains 1 spirit on kills and assists and for every basic attacks he lands. If Diam hasn't used and ability or dealt or taken damage in the last 6 seconds, his attacks until he regains spirit is reset but he regenerates 1 spirit every 2 seconds.

Upon damaging a champion with an ability, Diam gains 45% attack speed for 2 seconds.

Q Shard of Vigor - Diam Throws a blade forward, dealing physical damage equal to 120/130/140/150/160% of his attack damage to the first enemy it hits. The blade pierces through its initial target, dealing 60% damage to a second target, dealing normal damage if his initial target was killed. Procs on hit affects, life steal, and can critically strike. Interrupts attacks, but does not interrupt Diam's movement.

Cost: 1 Spirit Cooldown: 4/3.75/3.5/3.25/3 seconds Range: 900

W Stride/Twin Daggers - Passive: Diam gains 8/11/14/17/20% increased movement speed when he damages a champion for 2.5 seconds. Stacks up to 3 times for a maximum of 24/33/42/51/60% increased movement speed.

Active: Diam's next basic attack or Shard of Vigor does 65/110/155/200/245 (+100% AP) Magic Damage. If the attack was a basic attack, the target's armor is lowered by 20/25/30/35/40 for 2.5 seconds. If the attack was a Shard of Vigor, it will slow affected enemies by 25/30/35/40/45% and prevent dash or jump abilities for the duration, affecting the second target for half the time if its initial target wasn't killed (but always doing the same amount of damage).

Cost: 1 Spirit Cooldown: 9

E Charged Edge - Diam tosses an imbued knife to the target area, dealing 60/110/160/210/260 (+60% Bonus Attack Damage), knocking them up for 1 second, and marking them for 2 seconds. If a marked enemy is hit with Shard of Vigor, 1 Spirit is restored.

Cost: 2 Spirit Range: 800 Radius: 150? Cooldown: 12/11.5/11/10.5/10

R Blazing Will - After a half second wind up, Diam hurls a huge blade in the target direction, dealing 120/240/360 (+60% Bonus Attack Damage) true damage to anyone hit. It does an additional 3/3.5/4 true damage for every percent of health below 80% the enemy champ has missing.

Cost: None Range:1550 Cooldown: 120/105/90

I can't draw superbly so you'll just have to picture him in your head (though if someone submitted a drawing, that would be greatly appreciated). Diam is a old, but strong wanderer in slightly ragged clothing. His knives carry a mysterious faint, red energy. His ult looks like he's clipping to blades together to create a large, powerful weapon. He collects artifacts as pay for his missions, whether or not they fall within the law. He's been through a lot, so of course he has a beard.

I intend for Diam to be and adc based on a spammy skill shot, supported by utility and a slight amount of in fight mobility. He can use his W and E to help set up good shots for his Q and Ult, but will become vulnerable if he runs out of spirit. This is likely to happen if he misses his E, so it's important to set it up right. His utility and slight mobility helps him kite, but still make it possible with dodging, and good gap closing or CC, to catch him.

Though he does have infinite poke, it won't be very effective if used through a minion unless the minion dies to his Q, making his poke somewhat predictable, as well as the fact that he'll have to farm for a few seconds to regain his spirit. For a bigger risk, Diam can start a combo by casting a Shard of Vigor buffed by his W, and then continue the burst with an E, but it won't be easy if you get the reduced slow, not to mention ending with 1 spirit should you fail. Diam's Ult allows him to execute through teams to kill tanks and softies alike, but can easily be dodged if not set up right, though the resulting kills will aid him in securing more kills.

The AP ratio is of course a joke. AP Diam might be effective, but AD in the right hands would be much better. The though of him basic attacking someone and them losing a ton of health is still funny though.
