Graves Thematically Fits Other Roles Better

I kinda think that Graves the character is not really supposed to be an ADC anyway. I feel like the entire graves concept should be a mid ranged AD champion. As a character he doesn't need anyone to carry him into becoming a threat (support). I feel like he fits the shotgun wielding mid range AD champion quite well. (a position that I think has been needed anyway). I honestly think he could become more naturally built like a fighter and possibly the same idea for Quinn. More fighter than ADC base stats.
