Quinn as a purely mobile adc will not work. She has low attack range, and you took away her assassination potential, her skirmish potential, and her teamfight potential. Please, don't destroy my main. She is tied for the lowest attack range for an adc, and then you take away her damage ultimate on top of that? Now, she has no damage outside of pure autos. All she needed to be viable was a better escape mechanism, and now she has no way to defend herself. She will counter no one, and be countered by everyone. She was barely viable to begin with. Now she isn't going to be viable at all.Quinn

She's actually pretty darn viable on the PBE. She's already a crap ADC, so these changes can't really make her any worse.

As a roaming top lane marksman, however, she's better than ever.

From the look of the PBE board no one really likes these changes, I tried them out and they feel really bad, it's like half her kit is missing, and having the passive proc on Q instead of a blind doesn't help. Hopefully the Rioter in charge of the changes is someone who listens to feedback, in which case these changes will likely be scrapped.

Just a side note though, Quinn has 525 range, so she's not tied for the lowest range, Grave, Lucian and Sivir are all at 500. Urgot has 425 but he's more of a caster.

I think it would be cool if Valor marked and blinded enemy units struck by Q. And also if W was activated all targets with +30% missing health were all instanly marked for 6 sec.
