You know how you talked about not conceptually changing a champion? That is exactly what you are doing to Quinn. It isn't okay. It isn't reasonable. It isn't the champion that I paid for the day she came out, or the champion that i spent money on for every skin that came out. This isn't the game I bought every single champion for, and Season 6 Quinn is not the champion that I played 2,000 games on.
