@RiotVelocity Quick Question: Was Ekko inspired off Ape Escape...?

I missed the Q&A and I was really sad, leading to this post.

I see so many similarities, from Ape Escape.

• Ekkos club (Spikes stun club) -Ekkos style (Jake)
• The time machine (link below). -Searching/fighting for a close friend (Jake) -Similar looking enemies/weapon technology (apes) -Kid-like and has gadgets (spike)
