I missed the Q&A and I was really sad, leading to this post.

I see so many similarities, from Ape Escape.

Ekkos club (Spikes stun club) -Ekkos style (Jake)
The time machine (link below). -Searching/fighting for a close friend (Jake) -Similar looking enemies/weapon technology (apes) -Kid-like and has gadgets (spike)

Am I crazy? Rito plz...

Not that I know of. But it's honestly a possibility. We uploaded a pretty big amount of our inspirational work for Ekko over here.

Omar Kendall is one of of Riot's champion designers isn't he? I remember seeing him in the patch rundown for the Gnar release.

Omar worked at Superbot for a game called PlayStation All-stars Battle Royale which Spike from Ape Escape is a character in. Is he involved in the design of Ekko's kit? Just curious to see if it's his influence behind the similarities.
