Evelynn rework... probably.

I'm confused as to what's going on with the Eve rework. Her rework was officially announced 2 months ago, in June, a while after the leak had already indicated it was coming. They call it a modernization, rather than a complete revamp. Why is it taking so long? The Reddit link I've attached includes a link to a twitter post 2 months ago from a pro Eve player who uses her in LCS, saying he's tested her and she's great fun to play. WTF? So he tested her around the same time they announced her rework... My only assumption is that they are having issues with a certain mechanic, (probably that wall-stealth...) which is fair. But if that's the case, can't we at least have a little tease? Just to pitch our tents a bit?
