#Dullahan Kiteshield

  • Recipe: Chain Vest (800) + Stopwatch (600) + Chain Vest (800) + 400 [=2600]
  • Stats: 100 Armor
  • Unique Passive - Full Guard: Blocks the damage of the first auto attack you recieve (12 seconds cooldown)
  • Unique Passive (lifeline): When below 15% of your maximum health you gain a shield based on your bonus armor

#Netherdrake

  • Recipe: Chain Vest (800) + Negatron Cloak (720) + 980 [=2500]
  • Unique Aura: Reduce Armor & Magic resistances based on your bonus armor & mr.

#Elner Bulwark (rebranded frozen heart)

  • Recipe: Warden's Mail (1000) + Glacial Shroud (900) + 700 [=2600] (like current Frozen Heart)
  • Stats: +100 armor, +20% cooldown reduction, +400 mana (like current Frozen Heart)
  • UNIQUE – COLD STEEL: When hit by basic attacks, Cripple 's attack speed by 15% for 3 second. This is extended when these targets are movement impaired with hard cc.

#Frozen Heart (rework)

  • Recipe: Aegis of the Legion (1100) + Cloth Armor (300) + 800 [=2200]
  • Stats: +65 armor, +40 magic resistance
  • UNIQUE: Cripples nearby enemies' attack speed by 20% (800 range).

#Weighted Boots

  • Recipe: Boots of Speed (300) + Ruby Crystal (400) + 300 [=1000]
  • Stats: 150 Health
  • UNIQUE – ENHANCED MOVEMENT: +25 flat movement speed
  • Unique Passive: Reduces airborn effects by 25%

#Corsair's Hauberk

  • Recipe: Kindlegem (800) + Stopwatch (600) + Ruby Crystal (400) + 700 [=2500]
  • Unique Passive (lifeline): Ones recieved fatal damage turn into a zombie dealing 75% reduced damage and slowly decaying health. You can use non-ultimate abilities in this state.

#Saerus Scale

  • Recipe: Aegis (1100) + Kindlegem (800) + 600 [2500]
  • Unique Passive: Heal from CC based on your bonus armor/mr
  • Unique: +25% Slow Resist

#Petyr Shoulderplate (melee only)

  • Recipe: Raptor Cloak (900) + Glacial Shroud (900) + 700 [=2500]
  • Unique Active - Pidgeon: When activated the champion will channel for the duration. A pidgeon will fly on the champion shoulder and attack the tower by flying towards it and back (like aery). The damage is based on your auto attack damage plus some scaling on your total health. While in the channel you cannot use abilities or auto attack. The channel interrupts when hard cc'd.

Some cool ideas here; Saerus Scale, Dullahan Kiteshield, Weighted Boots. Though got a few issues too. Dullahan Kiteshield I could see being abusive on malphite, rammus, and thresh. Is the Netherdrake supposed to offer no stats? Elner Bulwark's passive is rather pointless, as most hard crowd control prevents auto-attacks anyway. Corsair's Hauberk is a neat idea, but a similar item was added during the aram event and turned out problematic on several champions. Petyr Shoulderplate could make most shorter ranged marksmen able to destroy towers from caitlyn's range?
