Strongarm Braum

It's braum, but with a blond mustache and a blond curl of hair on his forehead. He's wearing blue pants and black military boots. His shield is sort of bust, in his own likeness, and his Q shoots out rocks shaped like his face. For added fun, the spikes that come from the ground on his Ult are also shaped like his face.

Basically it's Armstrong from Fullmetal Alchemist.
