Add a small addendum to Rioter usernames indicating their department

This would probably go a long way towards preventing, say, the Skin team from being harassed over a patch decision. It would clear up confusion for newer members of the community ("oh! ghostcrawler is design not balance," etc.) It would also likely help defuse part of the perception that Riot, specifically certain teams, refuse(s) to communicate with the playerbase.

This would be as simple as adding some CSS that just takes all instances of their usernames when linked to the summoner profile, and adds a little bit of text to the end.
