Future Leona?

A new high tech looking skin for Leona.

Her passive would leave a target symbol over enemies heads. Her Q would be a burst of energy when her shield strikes. Her W would be made of hexagons to emphasize the high tech look. Her E would be a beam of light. Her R would be something like the GDI ion cannon from Command & Conquer but a much faster animation.

Thoughts and suggestions welcome. This is a skin idea I would love very much to see get into league. NOTE! the pictures are from the Knight Sabers anime series.
