[Brainstorming] Ebonmaw, the Terror of Zaun (Mecha Dragon Concept)

EDIT: Don't downvote simply because it's incomplete. This is for BRAINSTORMING!

Remember Ebonmaw? He was the "boss monster" in Twisted Treeline before Vilemaw took his place. I think there's still a place for Ebonmaw in League, and I got an idea for it while watching a video of Metroid Prime.

Here's a story to put things into context:

Ebonmaw was once a notorious black dragon who lived near Zaun who, after a century of roosting near the technological city, was slain by dragon hunters. His remains crash-landed in Zaun, where the scientists sought to resurrect the dragon in the same way they had reanimated Urgot, and make him into a war machine.
With Ebonmaw’s body mostly broken, the scientists replaced many of his body parts with Hextech and various weapons systems. The process took considerable time, but yielded what the Zaunites believed would be the ultimate weapon. Upon the completion of the augment process, necromancy was used to give the dragon new life.
Unfortunately, the scientists underestimated the will of a dragon’s soul. Ebonmaw was revived, but not as their thrall, and destroyed the lab in which he was recreated, killing everyone. Blasting out of the destroyed lab, Ebonmaw flew to the highest skyscrapers in Zaun and claimed them as his new roost, and dares anyone to challenge him.

I have yet to come up with a definite kit for Ebonmaw, but I'm thinking either of using a new Ammo resource, or using Rumble's Heat resource.
