He's a cyborg. And look at his visor. It looks perfect for a Daft-Punk themed dance. His visor could light up different colors while he DJ's. Seriously how did you miss that opportunity?
Or since Master Yi is such a silly and humorous character you could have also made project Yi's dance a robot dance.
Just anything but a random tribal dance that is so ill-fitting to the skin.
It is far from a tribal dance. It is a reference to the Japanese band WORLD ORDER and their dance in the song HAVE A NICE DAY ;)
