[Champion concept] Advay the war-torn knight
So this was based on an idea I had awhile back where a champion would have abilities that swap depending on what you choose and make you stick to that choice for awhile. I wanted to do a kind of good and evil thing before I realized "Ow the edgy writing" so I changed it to Noxian or Demacian. I'm also not sure on any of the numbers so I just used a few place holders.
Advay is the son of a Noxian mage and a Demacian general who wanted to end the feud but inevitably failed. The two of them ran away to Ionia to raise their son until the Noxian invasion, during this raid Advay was taken hostage and when they learned of his heritage he was trained in the arts of dark magic. During one of his attacks on a Demacian settlement he came across a little Yordle boy that he was soon ordered to kill, he understood that this wasn't right and defected to the Demacian side after slaying his commanding officer. It was only after he experienced the corruption in the Demacian army that he decided to clean his hands of their side as well. Advay now finds himself in the League where he must fight for what he believes, although he must choose a side, for now he must make the most of the duality in his training.

Passive - War-torn
Every five minutes you may choose either your Noxian training or your Demacian training. (Before choosing which to start with you cannot skill or attack. Upon attempting either it will remind you to choose.)
Noxian: Advay gains magic penetration that stacks up on an enemy the more he hits them with magic. Choosing Noxian makes you a medium-ranged champion. Range: 500 Magic pen: 5% (Stacking up to 3/4/5 times) Demacian: Advay gains armor penetration that stacks up on an enemy the more he hits them with basic attacks. Choosing Demacian makes you a melee champion (with a Horseman's pick.) Armor pen: 5% (Stacking up to 3/4/5 times)
Q - Mana tap / Mana strike 40 mana per second Noxian: Mana tap drains Advay's mana pool at a rapid pace in order to increase his attack speed and add bonus magic damage (treated as spell damage in order to increase his passive stacks) Attack speed: 40%-65% (5% each level) Bonus damage: 10/20/30/40/50 (+20% AP) Demacian: Advay drains his mana pool at a rapid pace in order to increase his attack speed and add a slow that stacks up the more he hits the enemy target. Attack speed: 40%-65% Slow: 20% slow base with every hit afterward slowing by 2%/3%/4%/5%/6% (+ 20% AD = 2%) Cap slow at: 65%
W - Arcane surge / Righteous hunt Mana: 80/85/90/95/100 CD: 13/12/11/10/9 Noxian: Arcane surge allows Advay to dash a short distance and release a blast in front of him that steals mana from one enemy unit (Prioritizes champs. Think of it like Firoa's where it has the circle at the end of the dash.) Magic damage: 80/95/110/125/140 (+ 40% AD) Mana steal: 50/70/90/110 (+ 60% AP) Distance: 600 Demacian: Righteous hunt allows him to dash towards an enemy to attack them with a heavy blow that also grants life steal against that target for 2 seconds. Physical damage: 70/85/100/115/130 (+ 60% AD) Lifesteal: 15%/20%/25%/30%/35% (+ 10% AP = 1% life steal) Range: 650
E - Search flare / Signal flare Mana: 145/135/125/115/100 CD: 60/55/50/45/40 Noxian: Search flare rockets in a targeted direction before giving vision of that area and marking enemy champions in that area. Champions that are marked are revealed and the mark is consumed on being hit by a magic attack and their movement-speed cannot get faster. Magic damage on flare: 100 Range: 1500 Radius: 700 Movement cap: 410/410/400/390/390 Demacian: Signal flare rockets in a direction that must be over a certain distance. It reveals a marked area and places a debuff on one random enemy champion, when attacked by him or an allied champion the marked champion loses the mark and is stunned for a short time. Minimum range: 700 Maximum range: 1500 Stun duration: 1 Second/ 1.2 / 1.4 / 1.6/ 1.8
R - Roaring soul Mana: 50 CD: 160/140/120 Advay gains Tenacity and slow resistance as well as the ability to freely switch between modes by pressing R again for the next 15 seconds. Tenacity: 40%/50%/60% Slow resistance: 40%/50%/60%
