Assassin update and suggestions

Who do you think are going to get the big updates and who will get the small ones? I have a few ideas but I ain't no rioter so these might not actually stick. Keep in mind I'm only considering the champions that Riot lists as an Assassin.

For the big updates I think the list is going to be: Fizz, Zed, Pantheon, and Master yi. The reason I think these 4 will get big changes is due to the fact that the latter two have been said to feel bland or stale to play which is a major factor in if they need a rework or one skill change. As for the first two, how many people do you see that demand these people be nerfed or reworked? They're really hard to balance and are put in a spot where they are either stupidly strong or just not worth the time, which is another sign that a champion needs an update. Here are a few of my ideas:

Fizz: I'd say put his W passive onto a standard passive, his current passive just doesn't really feel impactful and when you think about it why does he have to skill his trident in order for it to rend like it does? I suggest the W be moved to his passive and then make a completely new ability in it's place: Shark bait. Fizz is suppose to be a slippery little kid that taught himself how to fight, why not something that boosts his attack speed and gives him a small shield but then amplifies magic damage he takes after the shield dies? It would be really fun to play with and against in my opinion as it gives you a way to kill him should he make the mistake of using it improperly. I feel this would be a lot more impactful than his current passive and I think it makes sense with his lore and his theme.

Zed: I feel our master of shadows is missing something, he doesn't really feel like a ninja outside of his ultimate. Sure his shadow clones give him the mobility of one but none of the stealth or the silence of a ninja. My suggestion is that his W should hold two charges, now I know some people would shout that it's broken but here's the rest of my idea: His passive should be changed to something that gives him benefits in fog of war or not being seen. For example giving him a guaranteed crit on his next attack, but give it a cool-down or he has to be out of site for a certain amount of time. Now, for the two shadows being broken, how often is shadow-slash anything more than mindless damage? Your Q is your major poke in lane while the E just kinda feels meaningless if your shadow doesn't slow anything with it, you don't really have to think when you use it. My idea to fix this is something I'd like to call Shadow veil, Zed passively becomes stealthed for maybe half a second when he walks into one of his shadows, on activation your shadows gather around you and spawn an extra one but you lose the passive ability while it's on cool-down. This will add a lot of damage assuming you can gather your shurikans onto one target but also makes it more skillful to use properly, also this removes a slow from his kit which I think is fair as a trade-off for the amount of utility. Maybe the passive part of this skill is broken and shouldn't exist but I thought it was kinda neat, another idea I had for the ability passive was that enemies that walk through one of his shadows are blinded for half a second but I wasn't too sure on either.

Pantheon: As I said earlier, I've seen a lot of people complain about Pantheon being bland and one-dimensional so here's something that I thought would spice things up. Combine his passive and W into the passive, I'd say make it every few seconds he gains the little ring like Ekko's E that leaps his auto-attack to the target but then give him his aegis on arrival. For his Q I think it deserves the Ryze treatment of making it a skill-shot, however I think it should be given something to compensate, like a slow considering taking out the W removes the stun from his kit. Heart-seeker strike is a rather iffy ability with me, it's fine...I don't think anything is wrong with it, but the passive of it doesn't make sense to me. If he's more aware of their vitals shouldn't that lead to bleed damage and not crits? Why not make it so that they bleed for 110% of your damage since crits automatically double the damage? The bleed would give the enemy time to run away to safety but in the end since it does more damage you still can get that kill. For his new W I honestly am not sure, these changes would take a lot out of his reliable dueling kit so I think he needs something that will either give him more damage or provide some kind of life-steal.

Master Yi: I think a new bar is in order for him, zen. This zen bar would be how he pays for his abilities, the more zen you have the more tenacity and slow resistance you'll have but casting abilities will lower that, zen comes back over time as you refrain from casting spells. Meditate would be free and regenerate zen every two seconds you have it active to replenish your Alpha-strike and Wuju style, this gives more incentive to see the ability through to the end as it will allow you to keep up the assault later. The ultimate would no longer grant slow immunity but instead give you maximum zen and keep it at max for the duration while giving you a burst of movement-speed and attack-speed, perhaps even some bonus damage to Alpha-strike. The problem I currently see with Yi is that his ult is just a giant panic button for the enemy team, there's a samurai dude running at you and you can't stop him from doing that, with the zen mechanic I feel he still keeps that aspect while making it easier to play around as he isn't completely immune to being slowed but more skilled players will learn how to use the benefits of zen.

For the smaller people getting changes I honestly don't have much of a clue for what could be done but here are the people that I think deserve it or are going to get it: Talon, Leblanc, Katarina, Yasuo, Shaco, and Evelynn.

Evelynn: Removes hate-spikes CD while enemies are slowed by her ultimate (which lasts for 2 seconds)

Talon: Using cut-throat on a bleeding target refreshes the duration of the bleed.

Katarina: (Honestly I have no clue)

Leblanc: Mimic can now be used for her passive if that was the last spell she used.

Shaco: If Shaco dies during his ultimate you gain full control of the clone and are able to cast spells from it.

Yasuo: Steel tempest deals more damage if only one unit is hit.

Leave your thoughts if you want to, maybe these won't come true maybe some of these would be OP but who knows? I sure as hell don't.

Evelynn: Removes hate-spikes CD while enemies are slowed by her ultimate (which lasts for 2 seconds) Surely you don't mean "remove hate-spikes CD" because that would be absurd. Talon: Using cut-throat on a bleeding target refreshes the duration of the bleed. I can see that working Leblanc: Mimic can now be used for her passive if that was the last spell she used. It would be a not needed buff to Leblanc Shaco: If Shaco dies during his ultimate you gain full control of the clone and are able to cast spells from it. Yorick Yasuo: Steel tempest deals more damage if only one unit is hit Yasuo already deals helllla damage though

I think talon needs a whole lot more than a bleed refresh. His kit is just a bit too lackluster. All point and click 1 time spell rotation abilities that just end up making for boring gameplay. I think his blink needs to be a dash of sorts and his q should be auto applied when hitting an enemy champion. His q can then be replaced with some type of minor cc ability (like a slow or very brief root) that has bonus internal mechanics when using them under the right conditions (i.e. something like bard stun behavior or flora's parry in terms of mechanical interactions).

There definitely needs to be something more to his kit concerning his blades just doing damage. There needs to be some special interactions like slows or stacking % dmg for the more you hit to make his play style more intuitive.

I think the big 6 that will be changed are: Ekko and fizz: due to the tanks they have become talon and rengar: because they have messy kits and insta kill potential katarina: because her kit is old and doesnt match up compared to new assassins evelynn: her kits been a mess ever since the big nerfs, in season 2? Can't remember, she also can be built as ad or ap as well as bruiser or tank and even hybrid, hopefully theyll make her more sensible in her builds.

Ok don't want to burst your bubble but meddler said that Zed is barely going to be touched since he considers him a " HEALTHY " assassin. Fizz will also get small changes based on what he stated. Talon was said to be a big candidate though.
