Let's design things CertainlyT style!
CertainlyT likes to come up with out-of-the-box ideas, so let's make that too. Give your creations a unique strength and a proper weakness. Example:
Double dagger melee champ Sam Passive: Sam's total AS is doubled, but does 25% reduced damage from on-hit sources. Sam's basic attack's do not stagger him, however he loses 20 movement speed while attacking.
Base stats: Sam has 30(+1.5 per level) AD. Other stats are whatever. QWER are whatever.
Implications: Fast attacking melee champions with smooth attack animations that don't stop his movements when executing basic attacks. He is merely slowed by a flat amount. His base attack damage and scaling are lowered to compensate, and his synergy with on-hit items is reduced to gate that a bit.
