These champions with PROJECT skins would be legendary

Hello summoners and riot staff. I would like to suggest the creation of some PROJECT skins for the following champions:

• Illaoi
• LeBlanc
• Talon
• Pantheon

and possibly

• Akali
• Wukong
• Xin Zhao
• Rakan
• Xayah
• Draven
• Kayn

But especially the first 4. With the exception of Akali, who already has many skins, but is seemingly quite popular, the rest of them do not currently have many, or even any at all, decent skins yet. They all fit into the PROJECT skin line criteria as well, and they will be a nice addition, especially if some of them are legendary (with LeBlanc probably deserving a legendary, being one of the oldest champions, popular, meta and only having a mediocre epic skin so far, after all these years). The first ones are all legendary skin worth in this specific line, with Pantheon probably needing a rework too, in order to nerf his early game stats a bit and boost his mid and late game performance simultaneously. Finally, if some of them aren't quite popular, and Riot doesn't think that they are worth investing the resources for skins that might not break the bank, epic PROJECT skins would still be worth it for these champions. Though, I think that the LeBlanc, Talon and Akali PROJECT legendaries will create colossal profit, and Illaoi and Pantheon (the later with a rework) will also be a great addition, and with Legendary skins of this caliber, they will possibly become quite popular as well.

I would like to hear your thoughts on this matter, and it would be nice if I could get some feedback from Riot's staff responsible for the skins' creation.
