My skin shards aren't showing up in my inventory.

Hi. I have submitted tickets in order to fix the problem, but I haven't received a reply yet. For weeks now, the skin shards acquired are not showing up in my inventory. The ward skin shards and the emotes seem to be deleted from my inventory from the moment I am acquiring them. This happened yesterday for the 4th time for my ward skin shards, and I am currently trying to figure out what is happening and get the skin shards back. Can somebody help me?
