Which champions should be included in the PROJECT skin line in 2019.

Since the confirmation of the new PROJECT skins for 2019 just dropped, I would like to give an insight about the champions probably most suited to get PROJECT skins this year, based on the opinions I have gathered from the community, and the criteria required to match the best champions for this skin line. Furthermore, I would like to point out that most of the champions most suited for the skin line, as well as seemingly preferred by the community, all have recent new skins, but this should not be a problem for various reasons.

The champions seemingly most suitable as candidates for the new project skins are the following from what I've gathered so far.

  • Talon Talon (Pretty much the top comment/request in every Talon's skin spotlight, and the champion that must get it before everyone else in my personal opinion, and, as it seems, in community's opinion as well). Perhaps, he is the one needing the new Legendary PROJECT skin, assuming that one of those will be a Legendary, with a hood, just like Ashe's, and some great animations with a hologram following him around when using the E animation, jumping around, as well as when using his Q leap. Another really cool effect would also be to have audio effects (and even a song segment, like PROJECT Jhin's ult and Blood Moon Pyke's Q) when jumping over walls, and when he uses his ult, entering stealth mode.
  • Pyke Pyke
  • Irelia Irelia
  • Akali Akali
  • Kayn Kayn

These 5 might have recent skins created for them (Enduring Sword Talon, Blood Moon Pyke, Divine Sword Irelia, KDA Akali, Odyssey Kayn), but are 5 of the most popular and played champions in the game, and are all perfectly fit for this skin line, all while not currently having any mecha based skin, from lines like Program, Battlecast, Super Galaxy, Steel Valkyries and Mecha, as well as many high quality skins up until now.

Moreover, I would like to give my take on some wild cards. These champions are also some of the most popular, fit into the category, don't have many high quality skins, AND they don't have any recent skins as well.

  • Kassadin Kassadin
  • Jax Jax
  • Udyr Udyr

As for these 3, they are obviously not as fitting for the skin line as the 5 above, but just like other champions, including the adc's, Ekko, Leona, and so on, we could easily imagine them getting a decent PROJECT skin, especially Kassadin. They all only have one high quality skin at the moment (Cosmic Reaver Kassadin, God Staff Jax, Spirit Guard Udyr [which, I think, obviously needs many visual and effect upgrades, as one of its owners, just like the Pulsefire Ezreal rework, since it isn't good enough to be considered an Ultimate skin]), and, in my opinion, I think will also sell extremely well and attract summoners to start playing them even more.

This is my insight of the new PROJECT skins, based on the information I have gathered so far from the community, the need for new high quality skins on some of these champions, the criteria met, the champions' popularity, and my personal taste as well. I know that most, if not all, of the selections have probably already been made... but I believe that if some, and especially if most of them, are left out, riot should still reconsider even making more than the 3 standard skins per year, especially now that 2018 passed without having any new skin of this popular skin line. Finally, I would also like to point out that a big PROJECT event would also be extremely popular, perhaps even with prestige skins, golden chromas, and the ability to craft the borders from all, if possible, PROJECT skins.

Zilean Nocturne Xerath and Sylas seems like a good idea for him but might be too early
