Aren't the new Leblanc/Nami skins 'Project' skins - you know, the ones that JUST came out? Or am I misremembering?

I think Pyke would be best to get a skin because Talon has 5 skins, Irelia also has 5. Pyke only has 1 though. So I think Pyke would be the one to get a legendary. Here are some other champs I think would work well with project skins.

Diana Zilean

Diana: While she did get a skin earlier this year a robotic colorscheme would work well with her w and overall appearance. Zilean: He hasn't gotten a skin in over three years and I think a more scifi approach would work well. I would love to see a robotic q and a robotic looking zilean.
