So, I don't own nor play Heimerdinger, but I saw this lovely shopkeeper guy on Butcher's Bridge and it reminds me of Heimerdinger.
It got me thinking of a Deep Terror Heimer. Him in his little diving suit. His cannons could be mini submarines that shot Torpedos... Just a quick idea that came to mind. Would be pretty cool I think.
Q: This might sound silly, but I'd think little versions of the Butcher's Bridge cannons would work nicely for his turrets. Upgraded turrets would have triple barrels.
W: Harpoons, and upgraded W would shoot flaming harpoons to commemorate Trial By Fire.
E: Either what SnoKing suggested, or maybe even small flaming barrels. The explosion effect would be burning wood chips and wisps of flame. An upgraded version would have the Barrel completely engulfed in flames rather than just slightly burning.
R: I'm thinking when he activates R, hatches on the side of his diving helmet let loose tons of bubbles. It's a little comedic, and does well for the animation.
Q - Machine gun turrets (Large caliber bullets, single shot) W - Torpedoes E - Sea mines R - Bigger versions of the previous

Heim doesnt deserve a skin he doesnt even deserve to be in league... riot needs to rework him a nerf the issh out of him (I just got out of an Heim game)
I thought it was going to be a Heimer that was a deep sea creature. Like a Cthulhu Heimer, with little tentacle turrets and such.
Like the idea a lot!
