[Champion Concept] The Machinator, A Conniving Spellthief

Hello! I've made a few champions, and I've noticed that Riot is starting to implement champions that are completely unique. I had this idea a while back and decided to make it into a reality. I figured that a champion with this kind of kit would be impossible and/or not liked by the community, but I figured with all the absurd ideas for champions that Riot is starting to make into a reality, anything must be possible. So here is The Machinator (whom which no one knows her actual name :P). I hope you guys like it. I take critiques and criticism well, just please be respectful about it. At a glance, it may look like this champions' abilities are all just copies from other champions abilities. While this is partway true, I wanted to stay true to the concept of an actual "spellthief," someone who can steal someone else's power away from them and alter it in any way shape or form. I admit, I did use other champions' abilities as a reference and starting point to create some abilities of this kit (Karthus' Defile [her Deathchant] and Morgana's Blackshield [her White Shield]), but the altered ideas and synergy are mine and mine alone. LORE: As a child, The Machinator was no stranger to poverty. With her parents abandoning her at a very young age, The Machinator quickly learned how to fend for herself. With no one to help her with meeting her simple needs, she had to learn how to manipulate people into getting what she wants. This ultimately led her to stealing, which she now considers an art form and prides herself in being the master at. The Machinator was a popular face in many different religious houses throughout Runeterra, and often times she would visit and tour churches because inside there were many sacred and valuable items. She moonlighted as a nightstalker, and would make her way around churches to steal the items she found interesting. It was as she grew older that the long life of poverty The Machinator lived started to take its' toll on her mentally. She began to use the sacred items she would steal as tools to assist her in toying with Magics. She soon discovered power that she did not even know existed. Now roaming as a mindless Mystic, The Machinator is one of the most wanted criminals in Runeterra. She wanders around, typically at night, and can be found using her newly found magic powers to do what she does best: thieving. She no longer is interested stealing the worthless sacred instruments kept in religious houses. She now spends her time plotting the ultimate scheme to get her hands on things bigger, stronger, and more powerful: Magic.

GAMEPLAY: As a true spellthief, The Machinator is a ranged champion who excells in last hitting minions, putting pressure on her lane opponent, and deceiving her opponents by using their own abilities against them. The Machinator's weapon is a small cross with the tip pointed, which is where her auto attacks come from. The Machinator is fully clothed in dark colors as if she is trying to blend in with the shadows, but her clothes all have oddly shaped patterns, almost as if they were made with some sort of magical energy. Her clothing shows only her eyes which are pure white. She wears a hood to cover her hair, but bangs are visible. The Machinator's kit was designed with intentions on creating a ranged mage who can shine in lane against physical melee assassins while being a big enough threat to have good roam power as well. Auto Attack Range: 550

KIT: Passive: Scheme - When The Machinator is hit with an ability by an enemy champion, other abilities cast by the same enemy champion will deal .5/1/1.5/2/2.5/3/3.5/4/4.5/5/5.5/6/6.5/7/7.5/8/8.5/9 % less damage to her for 3 seconds. (40 second cooldown)

Q: Spiteful Touch/Sinful Punish - Spiteful Touch - The Machinator fires a zap from her cross onto a targetted champion or minion. The zap does 50/70/90/110/130 (+40 % AP) Magic Damage. If Spiteful Touch gets the last hit on an enemy minion or champion, the mana cost will be restored. After casting Spiteful Touch 3 times, The Machinator will be able to cast Sinful Punish instead within 4 seconds. Targetted. No delay. No travel time. Mana Cost: 40/50/60/70/80 Range: 800 Cooldown: 2.5 seconds.

Sinful Punish - The Machinator fires an orb of energy skill shot which deals damage to the first enemy champion it comes into contact with (goes through minions). The enemy champion that is hit with this skill shot will take 70/90/110/130/150 (+60% AP) Magic Damage and receive a debuff which causes them to deal 5/9/13/17/21% less damage for 3 seconds. *The cooldown of Spiteful Touch continues after being cast 3 times, which means if The Machinator waits a little bit before casting Sinful Punish, she will be able to cast Spiteful Touch right after firing Sinful Punish. Skill Shot, non colliding Mana Cost: 70/85/100/115/130 Range: 1000 Cooldown: None (able to cast after 3 Spiteful Touch)

W: Deathchant - A white aura emits from The Machinator, dealing 25/45/65/95/105 (+ 40% AP) Magic Damage per second to enemies within a range of 400. Toggle Mana Cost: 40/50/60/70/80 Mana per second it is left on Range: 400 Cooldown: 9/8.5/8/7.5/7 seconds after toggle is turned off

E: White Shield - The Machinator shields herself or an Allied champion, blocking 80/120/160/200/240 (+ 30 % AP) Physical Damage only, and protecting the ally from all Crowd Control Effects for 5 seconds, or until the shield is broken. Targetted. No Delay. No travel time Mana Cost: 50/60/70/80/90 Mana Range: 750 Cooldown: 25/22.5/20/17.5/15 seconds

R: Deceitful Spellthief - This ability can only be cast whenever The Machinator is Airborne, Disarmed, Forced into Action (Taunt, Charm, Fear, Flee,), Rooted, in Stasis, Stunned, or Suppressed. On becoming the victim of one of the above crowd controls, this ability will lighten up to be able to be activated. When this ability is activated, a shockwave of energy is released from The Machinator's core, getting rid of the crowd control, and dealing 125/200/275 (+ 50% AP) Magic damage to enemies within a range of 550. Every enemy that takes damage from this ability will have the crowd control effect that enabled this ability to be activated transferred onto them instead, lasting however long it would have lasted on The Machinator. (Example: The Machinator gets hit by a Level 4 Dark Binding from Morgana. The Machinator then activates this ability. She will no longer be snared, and every enemy that is in range to take damage from this ability will be snared for 2.75 seconds [since a level 4 Dark Binding snares for 2.75 seconds]). Shockwave around champion Mana Cost: 100/130/160 Range: 550 Cooldown: 110

Cool idea! But how much hp/mana would she start out with if you had to pick? Seeing a champ like this, I feel that the Mana costs should be slightly higher, with a slightly above average amount of hp.
