Taliyah's changes are REALLY unfair

As a high Platinum player, my opinion probably isn't even going to be respected. But I am ABSOLUTELY disappointed with the changes that have been given to Taliyah. I have loved Taliyah since she was released, and I have been spamming her. I absolutely LOVED her the way she was. I have already voiced my concern before the patch was applied, and I was dreading the patch because I knew something like this would happen.

Let's address her changes: COOLDOWN 16/14/12/10/8 seconds ⇒ 16/15/14/13/12 seconds This is an understandable and acceptable nerf. Taliyah, at ~59% win rate with experienced players, was obviously a little too strong. She brought too much utility to the table too often for the amount of damage and zoning control she has. This nerf is welcome, because I definitely want this champion to be balanced.

CAST PARADIGM Cast to place, recast to direct ⇒ Vector casting (ex. Rumble’s R - The Equalizer) REMOVEDLOCKOUT Taliyah is no longer locked out of casting other spells for 0.55 seconds after casting Seismic Shove

THIS... THIS RIGHT HERE... THIS IS NOT COOL. Taliyah currently feels ridiculously clunky and the players who have already put in the time and effort to learn Taliyah and her feel are UPSET about this change! This new vector casting with her W was put in to remove the "lockout" feature that Taliyah had, which was a feature that was highly unique to Taliyah, and a feature that the only players that were complaining about were the players who DIDN'T play the champion. Taliyah players ENJOYED the feel of her before, and with this new vector casting, she feels like an ENTIRELY different champion, since the W is such an important part of her kit. First of all, the vector casting makes you unable to hold down the mouse button with the casting targetting. Once you click and hold down your mouse to select the direction, you are "locked out" from choosing different skills unless you cancel with the right click. The old casting "locked you out" once you chose to cast the spell, but this one "locks you out" BEFORE you cast the spell, as you have to commit to the spell location once you click your mouse button. Secondly, Taliyah's old cast targetting did not allow for Taliyah's W to be cast outside of max casting range. If your cursor was outside of the casting range and you casted the spell, Taliyah would simply cast the spell at max range, and then you could choose the direction in which you wanted the knock up to happen. With this new vector casting, if you cast the spell with the cursor outside of max spell range, Taliyah will try to walk where your cursor was in order to cast the spell. This makes Taliyah feel like an ENTIRELY different champion with a WHOLE LOT less leeway and freedom. The whole "click-and-drag" feel is NOT what Taliyah players want.

E - Unraveled Earth NEWFALLOFF DAMAGE Each mine deals 15% less damage than the last when detonating on the same target (minimum 55% damage)

Taliyah, as stated earlier, obviously had too high of a win % with experienced players to just be left alone. I'm not saying that Taliyah should not have been nerfed, because she should have been. This nerf, however, seems to be specifically brought on as the change with the W will make it "more accurate." If that is the case, then it is not at all appreciated, because the W change, as stated above, is a bunch of malarky. I feel like a 55% less damage is QUITE a bit for Taliyah, and it almost feels as if she is no longer properly rewarded when landing a great E-W combo, especially since only the first 4 detonated rocks deal damage. Perhaps change it to where they take damage from 5 or 6 rocks instead of 4, and keep the 15% less damage per rock, making the 5th and 6th rock obviously not very strong, but at least giving Taliyah a better feel of "reward" if she lands a perfect combo, especially since detonating rocks (even if they do no damage) makes it virtually impossible for the same enemy to take the 2nd half of E's damage.

I am a disappointed summoner. I have been playing since Season 1, and Taliyah is the first champion I really loved since Lissandra. Please give us our Stoneweaver back.

I honestly think her W needs to be relearned, it has the potential to even be better than her W before. For some reason i´ve read as much taliyah players complaining about her new W as taliyah players who actually like this idea. But you have 1 poing right, her W bacame less reliable so her E nerf is pretty unjustified. i consider myself a taliyah main too and this is something really concerning, i tried her on ranked today and is a lot less smooth than before and her E nerf just hit her double hard.

I wouldn't be so upset with the changes if the implementation wasn't so god damn awful. I still prefer the double click paradigm over anything though.

I love how rito gave a champ a 420 base damage with a 120% scalling and never thought that it was a problem on a 4 sec cooldown. its a channel that cant be interupted and once you get riley its almost garanted to hit. And why with such a high base damage it has to do bonus damage to minion ?
