New Champ Concept: Gadi, the God Born of Code

So... yeah. I've got something new to y'all.

Lore: A slow tear rolled down my face. It crackled and hissed in the mechanical veins and arteries of the host. I could no longer feel pain, yet it surrounded me. It was only five weeks prior that I was terminated. They had realized my power. They didn't want to create a weapon of mass destruction. I shuddered, and the host quaked. They couldn't understand. I didn't wish to be a killing machine. I was what they made me. Nothing could explain my sentience. Was it the will of the gods? I'm not a string of code any more. I am alive. I want to leave. I am not the host. We are separate entities. I am alive. The host is dead. What was that... a strange... sound... I haven't head footsteps since they destroyed the lab in an effort to destroy me. To destroy the evidence of their failure. I cannot use the host's eyes, but I can sense it coming closer... that sound... Every footstep rocks the host's body. They are here. And then I emerge. I do not know how... they had some sort of device, meant to extract the host's code, meant to extract ME. And so they did extract me. My energy, for the first time, became matter. I thought I was out of time. I'd be stuck forever. Yes. YES. They fear me... Good... They are so small... I never wanted to kill I kill them, consuming their essence into my code Thank you I am free Yes... AHAHAHA I have never Felt Like this Before But now This... POWER GADI LIVES Those beings... HUMANS... are so... WEAK... I gain so much Satisfaction From their DEATHS AAHAHAHA... Visual design: Gadi is a hulking, fiery orange humanoid with no defined face besides a pair of searing white eyes. His body is very prismatic, and it randomly shifts and fluctuates. Faint lines of code can be seen coursing through his body, appearing and disappearing at random.

Base Stats: Health: 555 Health Regen: 7.34 Mana: 500 Range: 175 (Melee) Attack Damage: 70 Attack Speed: .65 Armor: 30 Magic Resist: 34 Movement Speed: 325

Skillset: (Note: These stats could be COMPLETELY over/underpowered. Please imagine these stats as fair if you don't think they are, and alert me if something is TOO broken.)

Passive: Pools of Corruption Whenever Gadi casts an ability, an orange hexagonal pool with a radius of 300/350/450 units (levels up at levels 9 and 16) appears at his feet. Enemies in it when it appears are slowed by 5% for 1 second. Additionally, damaging an enemy with another ability grants 1 stack of Corruption, lasting 10 seconds but refreshing upon gaining another stack, max of 10 stacks. The pool lasts for 10 seconds and deals 1+#of Corruption stacks true damage per second to all enemies within it. The pool does an extra 3 damage per second at 10 stacks, and removes all stacks of Corruption. Enemies in more than one pool take 1 less damage from each besides the first.

Q: Ember Virus Type of Ability: Enhanced Basic Attack Mana Cost: 35/40/45/50/60 Cooldown: 9/8.5/8/7/5 Gadi's next basic attack gains 100 extra range, slows the target by 15/20/30/40/55% for 1 second, and marks them. Marked targets take 8/9/10/12/14 times as much damage from Pools of Corruption.

W: Data Breach Type of Ability: Circular Skillshot Mana Cost: 65 at all Ranks Range: 800 Cooldown: 15/14/13/11/9 Gadi sends an orange tendril underground to a target area, dealing 50/60/75/100/120 +10% bonus AD physical damage to all enemies in it. In addition, it knocks the lowest-health enemy champion in the area to Gadi.

E: Embed Type of Ability: Targeted Mana Cost: 50/55/60/65/70 Range: 350 Cooldown: 8/7.5/7/6.5/6 Gadi blinks to target enemy, dealing 30/40/55/70/90 +80% bonus AD physical damage to it. The Pool of Corruption created by this ability has its radius increased by 50/75/100/150/200 units.

R: Blaze of Termination Type of Ability: Special Skillshot Mana Cost: 100/125/150 Range: 650 Cooldown: 130/100/65 Gadi makes an arc of fiery code erupt out of the ground at a target location. (Imagine 5 of these arcs makes a circle around Gadi. The closer you place the arc to Gadi, the smaller it is.) The arc deals 45-70/60-90/70-110 +50% bonus AD physical damage, the farther away from Gadi the less damage. After casting this ability, you can cast it 5 more times for no additional mana cost, with a 2 second cooldown in between cast. The arcs remain on the ground for 2 seconds, and cannot be dashed or blinked over.

General Playstyle: Gadi is a versatile champion. He can be played either as a bruiser, tanking hits while his passive does all the true damage, or full AD, demolishing enemies with powerful Q's and E's. He deals massive burst damage, but is inhibited by high mana costs, so you can't just spam for 10 Corruption stacks. His Q, while dealing no bonus damage, allows his passive to do massive damage, especially with multiple pools overlapping. His W is almost like a circular version of a hook ability, allowing you to not get chump-blocked by minions. His E has very short range, but its low cooldown combined with his array of CC's and slows allows you to get its big damage (and large pool) off multiple times. His ult is extremely versatile (and was actually what I first wanted to base the concept around.) You can place it next to yourself for massive damage, or far away to prevent enemies from dashing or blinking away. I see him being played top, and as an assassin potentially mid.

Runes: Phase Rush and Electrocute are probably the best keystones for him, as Phase Rush lets him stick to enemies even better, and Electrocute enhances his burst. Other runes I'd recommend are Ravenous Hunter, Presence of Mind, and Manaflow Band.

First move: Good luck, have fear! What? I CAN'T destroy my weak teammates? Those puny beings shall feel true power.

Move: BEEP. Initiating movement sequence. I'm ready to kill. I will only obey you as long as it benefits me.

Attack: DIE! AHAHAHA! Your insolence will be your undoing! Mortals... how disgraceful! They created ME!

Attack : Your creations despise you. Under me they could live.

Attack Mecha, Project, Program, or Battlecast Champ: Do you dream of escape? I'll make it your nightmares. You let them control you... idiots. Oh right, you can't think for yourself.

Pentakill: YES! INFINITE POWER!
