This is the best fan made skin i've seen. they even spent the time to make it look like an actually character concept piece.

This could easily be an 1820/3250 tier skin (do it-- Doooo it)

I personally like a lot of the skins shyvana has (except bone claw, that's ugly) but theyre all 975 or below. id really love to see my favorite champ get a skin that changes up the formula like all new particals voice acting etc etc and i think this really does well for shyvana (you can also go a whole dragon fist rout like you did with the PROJECT skin line).

TL;DR -- Make this a skin rite nao, Rito.

(Also can someone tell me why im level 6 on the boards when ive been level 30 in game for a long time now?)

Also, I have seen this concept floating around. I love the idea of a Chinese dragon skin, but overall I think Shyv herself look waaay too different - it doesn't look like Shyvana to me. It could certainly take a similar direction, but her human form would need to look more like "Shyvana visits Hong Kong" and less "Random anime girl with dragon fists"

I would buy Shyvana and learn how to play her just for this skin! Probably my favourite concept I've seen in a while.

I've seen this skin concept on the boards before. On that previous post I've seen a Rioter comment, saying that she (or he, don't remember which) was gonna pass it on to the skins team. It takes the skins team quite a while to make a skin.

I'm not saying that this skin is being made. I'm just saying that they have seen it, and it has been considered for production.

judging by the artwork she seems smaller and skinnier than Shyvana and seems like she could be Shyvana's little sister almost, witch in itself would also be awesome. But that's just me.
