@Meddler -- Shyvana and the Juggernaut changes.

So i read somewhere previously that there were no longer any plans to do anything with Olaf , even though it was stated around the release of the juggernauts that he and Shyvana would be touched on as well (during the preseason)

My question to you (or anyone who can answer this question) is: Is Shyvana still being worked on for the juggernaut changes or is she being disregarded like olaf is? Personally i like shyvana as a high dps bruiser that scales extremely well with AS (item 3930 winkwink) but her passive is really REALLY boring. "oh hey i have some bonus MR/Armour. yaaaaaaaaaaaaaay" not saying i want a skarner level of passive change, but something a bit more interesting than just a stat steroid would be nice. Also i think her Dragon form changes should be a little more interesting, too. Q in dragon form feels pretty nice but her W is pretty meh. its only really good for that random kite cheese and to be honest. id prefer if its damage didn't scale off AD since its not something she just builds a ton of in the first place. and most of all i kind of like her R to have an active while in dragon form instead of just a raw transform (although it should have a cool-down at levels 1 and 2 to keep it more balance if it does get a buff)

and lastly a fix to her weird ulti hitbox. its really bad :]

shyvana is doing well right now. shes one of the best junglers around due to her recent changes and synergy with devourer.

I play a LOT of Shyvana and I agree with some of the things you have said. Her advantages right now is that she is very adaptable in that you can play her ad, tanky or a mix of the two. You can take blue smite and go gank heavy, excel in top lane or afk farm jungle and get fed quickly. Building AD not only helps her autoattacks but gives her magic damage in her burnout making her tough to itemize against. She currently does not NEED nerfs or buffs but there are changes that could be made to make her kit smoother/more interactive.

Her hitbox is either too small or unreliable on dragon descent and is interrupted way too easily by too many abilities. It's also a goofy ultimate for a jungler as it doesn't help in ganks as you are often times shooting past your target if you are flanking them (making it easier for them to run away.) It's also difficult to determine how far the pushback is or if you are even going to get any pushback at all. It would be better if it was created to be more of a giant aatrox q where you knocked up the enemy during transformation and stayed within melee distance after impact. This would be an obvious buff so she would need nerf compensation for this change in her stats.

A lot of her abilities are autoattack based. Her cooldowns increase with autoattacks, devourer and botrk synergize with autoattacks and her e is triggered by autoattacks. What would help her would be a tanky item with attack speed, which does not exist right now in league. I personally would rather her e be a slow or ignite rather than a debuff to help her stick to targets even though it would decrease her damage. She would have to keep her w to succeed in the jungle and for gap closing/escapes so I would not touch it. Her q is a little boring but not weak by any means, especially with crit or on-hit effects. I imagine this is the first thing RIOT would change though to make her more interactive.
