Introduction Now that i caught your interest i would like to introduce you all to Connie the Hex-Tech Hacker. Connie is one of the most notorious hackers in Piltover. She has cause some of the most infamous crimes like: cyber theft, communication disruption, tech malfunction and other. She is a support mage that excel in map control and causing disruption against the enemy team.

Some of the dialogue she say:

"Does everything you do have to to be so explosive and loud? I prefer to do things the more quiet and sneaky way" "No Sis i don't want to be seen" "How many times am i going to save your bacon" "With a Bing an a Boop im in :)" "The best surprise is the one they don't see coming" "No Firewall can keep me out" "Aww without your tech your useless"

Question: Who do you think her sister is?


Stats

Here her stats she is a squishy poke support:

Health: 500 (+70 per level)

Attack Damage: 46 (+1.5 per level)

Attack Speed: 0.625 (+2.95% per level)

Movement Speed: 320

Health Regen: 5 (+0.55 per level)

Armor: 29 (+3.8 per level)

Magic Resist: 30 (+0.5 per level)

Skills

Passive: Black Hat These passive have two effects called Hack! and Bypass.

  1. Hack!: Grant the ability to take over enemies wards and traps and make it your own after channeling.
  2. Bypass: After landing 4 auto attack on a target they will be marked which will allow Connie the ability to ignore any shield protection on them.

Her passive is to make her a poke support and provide counter play in the meta. She will have an advantage against sustain support but tank support can counter her.


Q: Lethal Code Injector Mana: 40/45/50/55/60 **CD: 11/10/9/8/7sec ** Range: 900

Connie can cast this ability two times to fire two beam in a targeted direction that will damage the first enemy hit and apply a de buff depending on which beam hit them

  1. First cast: Fire a green beam that deals 70/90/110/130/150 (+80% Ability Power) magic damage to the first enemy hit and apply a debuff called Virus. Enemy affected by virus will take damage from shields and will not be able to heal for 1/2/3/4/5sec. Shield damage will only count for the shield base amount. Enemy can spread this debuff to their allies by casting shield are healing them. 2second delay before she can fire the second beam
  2. Second cast Fire a purple beam that deals 50/75/100/125/150 (+70% Ability Power) magic damage to the first enemy hit and apply a debuff called Malfunction. Enemy under the effect of Malfunction will have their item passive and active effect disable for 1/2/3/4/5sec. will not affect item stats.

I design the Q this way so it can show off a player skills at making judgement and reward them for landing the hit. A player would feel rewarded for landing the Green beam on a support that was trying to heal or shield their allies because they would spread the debuff to the person they tried to help. The purple beam would be for late game when you disable a item 3026 or item 3157 on a high priority target in late game.


W: Hex Tech Swarm Mana: 50 **CD: **15sec Connie create nano bugs that she use to survey area/people and spread her hacks.

Passive: Connie can remote hack tech from a far by sending a nano bug to it. She can also infuse one her de buff from her Q into the bug that will transfer it to any enemy that pass through it.

**Active: **Send a swarm of nano bug to an area to survey it for 1min, if an enemy come into 200 range with the swarm one of the bug will attach to them and disable their mini map and grant you vision of them

Note: Swarms have health bar equal to 10% Connie max hp(+10% Ap). They are visible to enemy champion and can be destroyed with auto attack and abilities.


E: Perfect decoy/ Surprise Attack

Mana: 40/45/50/55/60 **CD: **20/18/16/14/12sec

  1. Perfect Decoy: Connie attach an equipment to a target that will light up and grant a buff that allow their auto attack to deal addition 5/10/15/20/25 magic damage also increase attack speed by 20/25/30/35/40% for 10sec. While in a 600 range of the light she will be stealth.
  2. Surprise attack: Fire an electric shock that will deal 50/75/100/125/150 (+50 ability power) damage and stun for 2sec.

_This is an interest idea i came up for a buffing ability because it basically highlight your allies to attract the enemy attention toward. _


R: Complete Takeover Mana: 100 **CD: **100/80/60

Connie fire out a series of wires that will attach to the first target hit dealing 200/300/400 (+80%ap) damage. Connie can choose between two option to follow up with when she ult

  1. Root: If Connie Recast her R immediately after the first cast she can root the target for 2sec.
  2. Take Over: If Connie stayed attached to the target until they reach 30/40/50% health she will be able to control them. For 10 sec she will be able to control their moment and use all their ability only once. This effect ends once the timer runs out or if the champion is out of range.

Cool, the art is really good! The ult sounds just like a worse version of Mordekaisers.

Her scaling ratios are way over the top, adding up to 290% AP combo. As she's meant as a CC/debuff support, her scalings should be considerably lower.

I would like to say, theres no indication that there is an internet or anything along those lines.

As in, there cant be hackers, theres nothing to hack.

Her Q seems a bit overloaded, allowing her to beat tank supports on its own (Even if that was not the intended purpose). She can reduce their defenses by 25% and remove item passives and actives. This is even worse if you have your adc or mage with you, because they are free to deal tons of damage without pesky item 3075 or item 3194 or item 3193 getting in the way.

Her 2 passive is not healthy and should not be included. Shields were just nerfed and enchanting as a whole is in a poor state. Her 1 passive is actually really cool, just make it so that she can detect wards in melee range to hack them (though this doesnt mean she reveals them or is able to destroy them).

Her q needs ranges. Remove her q 1 alltogether, yet again i advise against making an antienchanter. Also the debuff duration of 10 seconds is ridic long especially for such a massive multistat reduction.

Her w needs to last for much less or have much higher cooldown. The destruction condition needs to allow for any enemy to destroy it, likely give it a few health points like wards.

This literally gives her 10 seconds of stealth on a 7 second cooldown without any cdr (needs to be removed). Have the equipment on ally champ attach provide adaptive damage bonus plus speed, on enemy attach have it provide large damage plus 2 sec stun, and on anything else (miss) have it hit the ground and provide moderate aoe damage and ministun. Also raise the base cooldown to 10 and the trap duration should be like 20-30 secs.

Raise her ult cooldown to 100/90/80. Instead of takeover ocurring at 10 seconds, have it occur at a health threshhold that increases over a 10 second duration. So like at 0 seconds its at 10% hp, 5 seconds is at 35% hp then 60% hp at 10 seconds immediately before the tethers snap. Then the control duration lasts for the rest of the ult duration + 1/2/3 seconds. While controlling an enemy, any damage the enemy takes by allies is stored until the control period ends. Additionally any damage taken by connie during control will instead be stored and then transferred to the controlled target when the ability ends.

This kit changes would leave her as a moderate to high single target dps with plenty of utility and a little aoe. She'd fit realy well as a modern damage/cc supp but would also do well as a solo mage due to her ability to duel.
