Update Kennen with a mini rework

It would be cool if we can get to see kennen played more in the bot lane has an adc because he is the only ninja type champion that throws shurikens and it would be unique having a marksman use energy. And that got me thinking why not add an ad ratio to his Q ability with some new added feature to update an old champion. This is my idea for his updated q

Thundering Shuriken

Kennen take aims and charges up his ability then throws a fast moving shuriken towards a location, causing damage and adding a Mark of the Storm to any opponent that it hits. If Kennen Fully charge the ability he will throw out multiply shuriken (max 3) With each shuriken dealing 30% less damage than first one and consuming energy.

Throws a shuriken that deals 75/115/155/195/235 60/100/145/180/220 (+70% Physical Damage) (+75% Ability Power) magic damage to the first enemy it hit.

Final Note: honestly i think it would be a pretty nice change for and make for some interesting gameplay. What you guys think about those changes
