Glory ln Death1 votesThat's one reason it's delayed - they want to make sure it doesn't increase time in champ select. They talked about possibly having all bans occur simultaneously, since there isn't a ton of strategy to bans in Solo Q other than "I don't like this champ".

Oelyk1 votesThe sad thing was that Jayce was love tapped up and the second he got popular, in the LCS, solo queue and meta changes, although I have played him sense brutalizer, I get bullied by the enemy for picking a meta champion and abusing the meta.
I really don't want to be picked on for playing a champion I enjoy so I just picked up other champions, like Talon. Then Talon became meta and I got bullied more... I may be unlucky.
I now have Azir. I dare them to buff him to meta again, but they wont because he was already meta and was overwhelming so they have to be careful.

I for one, am not fearful my champion pool will be effected to harshly, and also I get a say in a targeted ban.
I ask of you, does my pool have any one champion weaknesses I should be aware of?
I intend to add Diana, who is strong against Katarina to my roster.

Also I have noticed Talon and Jayce bans, yet to see them picked against me because their team comp's require some AP or they really kill the effectiveness of the team.
Vel'koz is just when Azir sounds like a really bad idea because I need burst for a certain match up.
Diana is because all of my champions are going to struggle VS a STRONG Katarina, and I really need a champ to say, "No. You can't out play this."

. Even though his winrate against Kat says otherwise, she just can't keep up with your waveclear since you can clear the wave with 2 q's level 1 and cheese her level 2. On top of that, Kat is pretty much a free kill for Ekko unless she itemized MR like a 
early on which will slow her 
powerspike. He's also pretty strong against other mids that don't have strong waveclear.

Tormentula1 votesThey're giving azir a mini-rework like they've done for rek'sai / shy / aatrox in the future, it was scheduled to be sometime this season, but we haven't heard much about it and may have been shelved for next season.
Originally we were getting some work on him with kalista but apparently they were too scared to actually do both and just gave azir a numbers tuning while they figure him out.
