Lore It is a commonly held belief that all living things have a spirit; however, it is rather uncommon for someone to believe that inanimate objects have a spirit as well. Such was the case of a Demacian merchant named Mox, who genuinely believed that the gems he sold each held a spirit that would watch over its owner. He acquired his merchandise from a Shuriman trader; this man was horribly disfigured and could not sell the gems himself, so Mox acted as the salesman. Many people dismissed his beliefs as nonsense, but he was tolerated due to the high quality of the gems he sold. Anyone who purchased a gem from Mox was also told a tale about that gem, and what its spirit would do for the new owner; these tales were often met with skepticism and laughter, but to Mox it was vital that each customer be aware of the spirit of the gem he or she purchased. Even the Shuriman trader was leery of Mox's unusual beliefs, but he couldn't argue with the constant flow of revenue.

Although he grew up and primarly sold his wares in Demacia, Mox would occasionally travel to other areas; he made more than enough money selling his gems back home, so it pleased him to offer them for lower prices elsewhere. He believed everyone should have the blessing of a gem's spirit watching over them. One day he was in Ionia, showing a group of children his wares, when a woman in white robes approached him; she asked which gem would be best suited for her. Mox noticed a bruise on the woman's face, and he handed her a small diamond, explaning that the spirit within it would help protect her. The woman smiled at him, then asked if he truly believed in such things. Mox nodded, telling her that he had spent most of his life telling his fellow Demacians of the spirits within the gems; the woman rested her hand on his shoulder, and in a flash of brilliant white she disappeared, her robes collapsing to the ground. Mox found himself imbued with power unlike anything he'd ever known, and a small voice in his head that told him thank you.

After this incident, Mox discovered that he could channel energy from his gems; in his mind, he was calling upon the spirits within them. He left Ionia, unsure of what to do with this power...he had never been much of a fighter, but with the power of the gem spirits at his side, perhaps he could become something greater. His first passion was still spreading the beauty and spirit of gems to others, and he continues to travel all over the world selling his remarkable gems for the lowest prices. However, much to his dismay, he began to receive threats from other merchants and guilds who could not compete with his ridiculously low prices; to Mox, the gift of gems, and their spirits, was something to be shared with everyone.

Zaun was one of Mox's favorite places to sell gems, because the people there were typically very grateful, and the children loved hearing his stories. There were the occasional bad apples, but they were tame compared to the rougher clientele in Noxus. His latest trip to Zaun started like most others, with small crowds coming to his stall and leaving with a gem and a story. This time there was an added bonus: Mox could now show the spirit of the gems with his newly gained mystical power. This amounted to little more than light shows and parlor tricks at first, which was more than enough to sell the point that each gem had a spirit within it that looked over its owner. However, these displays caught the attention of much more dangerous elements within Zaun, and in addition to the merchants' guilds that already had targeted Mox, putting him in much more danger than he realized. A criminal organization in Zaun was paid by the merchant guilds to deal with Mox, to make him understand that he was disrupting the status quo; there was no room for his idealistic notions of giving precious gems for next to nothing.

One night during his most recent visit to Zaun, Mox was assaulted by a gang of knife-wielding bandits. At first he tried to reason with them, explaining that he was just trying to spread the beauty and spirit of gems. They weren't persuaded, and after suffering a slash to his left arm, Mox knew that words were lost upon them. His eyes flashed pure white as he channeled magic through the gems that had been scattered on the ground, and the screams of the bandits echoed through the streets. Mox had seared them with fire, blinded them with light, and pierced them with lightning, but the only damage was to their bodies; the streets and nearby buildings showed no signs of damage, or even disturbance. As the white glow faded from his eyes, Mox looked down at his hands, stupified by what he had just done. Somehow he knew that he could do more, that his retaliation against his attackers was only the beginning; the faint voice he heard back in Ionia had returned to his mind. Do not despair. Keep making them smile. Tell your stories. Mox was unsure of what had happened, or why the woman's voice had come back, but he knew she was right. He would keep selling gems for rock-bottom prices, regale his customers with stories, and use the gems' spirits to prevent anyone from stopping him.

Ok, a few notes on your stats and passive:

Stats with corrections: -Your Level 18 stats are: -2,105 HP [Too high, lower to +68-72 per level] -12.25 HP/5 (2.45 HP per second [Good] -1,340 MP [Way too high, lower to +32-36 per level] -14.35 MP/5 (2.87 MP per second) [Lower base to 1.2 (6 per 5) and increase bonus to +0.8 per level] -89 Armor [Too high for mage, lower base to 18 and bonus to +2.25-2.5 per level] -30 Magic Resist [Ironically mages usually have high MR, increase to 32.5 and bonus to +2.5 per level] -0.849 Attacks/second [Good, maybe reduce to +1.7%?]

Passive:

-In general selling shouldn't give your entire team gold; this will lead to harassment and pressure to sell from your teammates and nobody would want to play him for this reason. The sell prices are adjusted so that only you would gain the gold.

-I like the name (Shane Co's slogan) but since this game appears to take place in a fantasy world I would change it to something fantasy-esque?

-I changed the levels b/c getting an ultimate level AND an item bonus at the same time seems a bit overpowered.

-I also added buy prices: These are inital prices, and only necessary if you didn't pick up the item beforehand. To explain, if you bought the item at Level 1, you wouldn't need to pay. But if you bought it at Level 10, you would need to pay to receive the item. -The Level 1 buy price should be necessary for the item; you have to be careful about balancing extra gold as even 5% is a noticible advantage; an early item advantage could lead to a kill, which would lead to a bigger gold advantage, which would lead to a bigger item advantage etc...

Rough Diamond: -Level 1 -Gold bonus should be [1-2, randomly, per CS]. This is an average of +6-7% gold. -Buy Price: 450 Gold (Just to make the gold advantage justified) -Sell Price: 500 Gold (Accounting for the self-benefit only)

Cut Diamond: -Level 6 -Gold bonus should be [+5%] -Buy Price: 750-900 Gold -Sell Price: 900-1100 Gold

Multi-Faceted Diamond: -Level 10 -Gold bonus: [+5%, 10% total] -CS bonus: [2-4 random per CS]. About +10% gold at this point, but can vary based on game time. -Buy Price: 1300-1600 Gold -Sell Price: 1400-1600 Gold

Perfect Diamond: -Level 14 -Gold bonus: [+10%, 20% total] -CS bonus: [3-6 random per CS]. About +15-20% gold, again depending on game time. -Buy Price: 2000-2400 Gold -Sell Price: 2400-3000 Gold

That's it. I love the idea of upgrading items like Viktor.

Passive: Very strong with the effect on him alone, but selling it and giving bonuses to your team is way too strong. The 10% discount is extremly strong.

Q: seems ok

W: The cleanse on allies is extremly strong. not even mikaels has such a good effect and if you buy it too you can remove all cc and then cleanse your whole team. The low cooldown at max rank doesnt make it any more balanced.

E: Strong ap scaling, but i like the debuff very much!

R: complettly op considering his kit. you can cleanse 4 times within these 5 seconds. If you build full ap you will get far over 1000ap which makes e insane on a 1.5s cooldown. The movement speed is also insane.
