Chroma packs for Legendary skins?

Their outfits could be even more unique and stylish.
Though I'd love to see them for skins that have more of a neon color, but I fear that their VFX abilities wouldn't fit so well. But still, I'm interested in the idea of Blackfrost Anivia, Eternum Nocturne and Final Boss Veigar switching up their colors.
On the other hand, boy do I want a chroma pack for Eternum Rek'Sai. Even though I don't own it, I'd definately buy it for some other cool neon style.
