I like the gif. Only reason I upvoted xD. Zed hasn't received a massive buff this patch. Lee is about the same, it just gives him more reward for thinking a about when and how he uses his ult.

Lots and lots of people spamming threads that they know will attract every low elo player that will shower them in upvotes.
Okay, Riven is at low elo. The other two are, I guess. Once you're not in bronze, they aren't as OP as people say.

Monte being silver isn't an excuse for you to be silver.
Monte barely plays league I assume, he analyzes games and works all day and probably plays ranked once in a blue moon.
Also climbing with game knowledge is easier than climbing with mechanics, mechanics only matter once you hit highplat-diamond so you don't have an excuse to be at the bottom of the bucket.
