[Champion Concept] Girdium, The Acolyte (or the Dark Harvester)
Girdium, The Acolyte I take inspiration from the recents threads about Dark Harvester Viktor and decided to make an entire new champion out of it. Also I think the LOL verse needs a bit more grimdark
Lore: Revolution Log - 1288 Subject X228 Name: Unknown (prefer to be called Girdium) Sex: Male Age: 14 at the time of joining, 28 at the time of escape Note: Subject joined the Glorious Revolution at age 14, from a background of petty crime on the street of Zaun. Showed sign of high intelligence and high-functioing sociopathy at time of initiation. Regardles, subject shows very promising results, and was scheduled for multiple upgrades and prototypes testing. Subject survived multiples testings and volunteered for several, including a highly experimental cranial implant. Subject was promoted to second-in-command durring his 5th years of service and was given the call-sign of The Acolyte. Subject was very proficent at recruiting follower into the cause, almost doubling the rate of recruitment. On his 14th annual evalutaion, it was revealed that despite being given explicit instruction to only accept follower of their own free will, The Acolye had infact been abducting people and forcing them into upgrades in order to quickly rise in ranks. When confronted with evidence, subject first denied the action, then resulted to violence. Killing 12 servitor droids and 3 combat sentry, the subject escaped the facility, not before causing substantial damage during his escape. Previous abducted victim upgrades have had their upgrades removed, their biological form restored and returned to their homes with their memory wiped. Girdium seems to have taken residence in the slums of Zaun, abducting peopple with augmentation to harvest their implants to further upgrade himself. Survivors and eye witness also reports an unstable mental state, possible effect of his cranial implant, which was to be upgraded had the subject not escaped. Subject is highly dangerous and has been branded a "Traitor to the Revolution". All droids and followeres have been given order to shoot to kill. His impants and upgrades are to be taken back to the facility in good condition if possible for further study.
Appearance: Red tattered robes. Gasmask and 3 cybernetic eyes grafted on to his right eye. Multiple tubing and wires protruding from the mask to other parts of the body. Right arm fully mechanized, but not finalized, hence clunky appearance with tubes and gears and motors visibles. Almsot scraping the floor. Left arm wears a black gloves and caries a staff, salvaged and put together out of junks and stolen implants, with half a gear at the top and two prongs with electricity shooting in between them and chains hanging off them. Have two mechanical limbs protruding from his left back, but much more primitive than Viktor's, only capable of simple griping using two prongs and usage as a weapon plattform. Walk with a hunch, needing his staff to prop himself up.

Basically a techpriest
Role: Immobile tanky AP bruiser with great stoping power, surviability with a side of support
**Gameplay: **
-
Pros: A powerfull mechanical juggernaut, Girdium is incredibly hard to kill with the combined healing of his Q and his passive. Q provide great harrass and sutain in lane, wearing the enemy down with constant healing and damage and slows to get out of retaliation range. His W is not very useful in lane as the enemy can either interrupt them or walk out of range, and its mana cost is very high. However, as the game goes on, W becomes a fantastic peeling tool, slowing potential diver and draining them of their mana if left unchecked. His E is also another fantastic defensive tools, if the enemy get through W slowing and Q slow, Girdium can simply punch them away, dealing moderate damage while slowing the enemy team in the process, and if they misposition themselves to be smashed against the wall, The Acolyte is more than happy to close the gap and double the pain. His ult is a fantastic tool for teamfighting, dealing steady damage to the enemy team, silencing pesky caster, and becoming a conduit for High Voltage capability of steadily sapping health, ms, as and mana from the enemy team

Cons: A lumbering, unfinished creation, Girdium have no mobility whatsoever, and have trouble getting to the enemy team if he ever wants to initiate, or getting away from the enemy team if he wants to escape with his low base ms. Girdium runs on an imperfect reactor core that is very inefficient in energy management, hence his very high mana cost. Overusing of his abilities in the lanning phase may leave him with out mana, and as usefull as a block of iron. Girdium also have very poor waveclear and low kill potential, and as such is susceptible to aggressive laner and pushing. Although his survivability is very high thanks to his Q, he has no natural defensive ability, instead relying on drain tanking through his use of Harvest, making him squishy if disabled
Abilities: ** Passive: Reactive Core** Girdium gains 1% spell vamp for every 2% health missing
** Q: Harvest:** Range: 600 CD: 12 / 10 / 8 / 6 / 5 Mana cost: 80 Active: The Acolyte shoots out a grappling hook from one of his back arm, pulling scraps from enemy, damaging them for 90 / 150 / 210 / 250 / 280 (+ 40% AP), healing himself for 20% of his missing health and stealing their ms by 30% for 1.5 seconds
W: High voltage: Range: 575 Leash Range: 675 CD: 12 / 10 / 8 / 6 / 4 Mana Cost: 100 / 110 / 120 / 130 / 140 Active: The Acolyte anchor himself and electrocutes an enemy. He channel for up to 4 seconds. Deals 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 / 180 (+ 30% AP) per seconds, reducing their MR by 5% per sec and slow target by 15%, scaling up to 40 / 60 / 75 / 80 / 90%, slowing AS by half the amount, during the channel. Drain 5% enemy maximum mana per sec. Half the amount drained is restored if channel was interrupted Passive: Minion kills restore 12 + (1 × Girdium level) mana
E: Hydraulic Titan: Range: 220 CD: 12 / 11 / 10 / 9 / 8 Mana cost: 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 / 100 Active: After a 0.5 delay, Girdium punches an enemy with his mechanical arm, dealing 6 / 8 / 10 / 13 / 15% of his maximum health (+30% AP) as magic damage, as well as knocking the enemy back 500 units. If the enemy collides with a wall, he is stunned for 1 seconds. Enemies hit by the knocked back champion are slowed by 25% If an enemy was stunned against a wall, this ability can be activated again in the next 1 seconds for half cost, making Girdium dash to the stunned target crushing them against the terrain, stunning them again for 2 seconds and reducing their armor by 25%
**R: Bio Electrical Vortex ** Range: 800. CD: 30. Cost: 60 (+35 per seconds) Active: Girdium throw his staff to a target location, creating a persisting field of of uncontrolled energy, 475 range, lasting up to 10 seconds. Enemy in the field are silenced for as long as they remain in the area and take 3 / 4 / 5 % current health (+ 20% AP) magic damage per second. In addition High Voltage chain to all enemy in the field if targeted at an enemy in the field
Core Item:
: Provide mana for his channeling and high mana cost, and AP and health for an AP bruiser
: With low scaling but great base damage and %damage and DOT, a Liandry is a great way to greatly boost his offensive power. Combo well with High Voltage
: Mana. CDR. Sheen proc is great for even more cc when combined with low cd Q to keep people in his ult
: More defensive alternative to IBG
: Coupled with Q and passive, Girdium becomes nigh impossible to bring down properly. The health, cdr and mr are also greatly appreciated
: More tanky, more aoe dps
: Since he function best on the front line, Abyssal do wonder for both his and his team damage, while protecting him from magic damage
For a more offensive build, gives a ton of ap and armor. Turn on ult and sit in the middle of the enemy team, Hourglass and wait to heal.
Synergy:
: The former Acolyte and the Machine Herald makes a formidable team. Girdium great peeling and protection cover Viktor greatest weakness: his lack of mobility and escape. Both of theirs ult together can pump out an extreme amount of aoe dps in a teamfight
One of the tankiest champion and the great diver, Girdium when paired with Maokai, becomes a team of nigh unkillable tanks with an extreme ammount of cc, while dealing very good damage as both of them have spammable spell with great base, and Maokai ult makes Girdium even tankier and able to survive to make use of his own ult
the iconic hyper carry. With Girdium assortment of silence, slow, stun, armor reduction and knockback, Kog'Maw finally have some breathing space to unleash his mighty dps.
Counter:
With his aa focused ability and innate ability to ignore slow, Master Yi can disregard 3 of Girdium abilites and come gunning for the carry, where his mobility means Hydraulic Titan becomes ineffective
One of the best peeler in the game, Janna ensure Girdium abysmal mobility becomes a fatal issue, unable to reach people make use of his kit
The bezerker will ignore your cc and run down your carry, while his healing means that he can stand toe to toe with Girdium sustain in lane and in fights. Girdium have little burst, and as such finds it hard to break through Olaf crazy healing and constant dps
EDIT 1: Changed the healing component of Q W now slow atk speed, shred mr but max slow scale with level instead of being able to reach 90% from level 1 full channel E now have secondary ability to combo wall stun R reworked into a highly disruptive ability but with out healing, as well as combo potential with High Voltage Pulled power budget from other spell to add more power to High Voltage (Emperor Palpatine style)
and
mixed up
