I know Riot won't make skins exactly as what is created by other people's ideas but I really dig the concept of having her orbs as bubbles.

I classify this as similar to pool party 
This would also be a good way to add Summer Skin without it being tied to Pool Party so it might be something new, unless people really want Pool Party Syndra.
But the art is great, the point of view and composition really makes it feel like actual official splash art.

I think it would look amazing, but be a pain to play against. Unless they didn't make the bubbles a clear translucent color, they would be rather hard to spot in fights and you might not even notice them as they blend in. They would need to make the bubbles a solid enough color, but by that stage, the point of the skin would already be gone as the balls will no longer have the bubbly look.
