[Champion Concept] Razu (Rah-zou - Pronounciation), the Bandal Assault Brigader
First off, this is actualy my own cumulation of a charictor that I made for myself - alike to the path Rin walked. Not going to be plesant, but he's got some OP firepower and frames of weakness. Hopefuly a fair champ in the end.
HP : 975 (+2.93 per lvl.) Mana : N/A (+0.00 per lvl.) AD : 35 (+2.55 per lvl.) AP : 0 (+0.00 per lvl.) AS : .35 (+0.15 per lvl.) Rng : 460 (someone give me a avrg. ADC range plz?) Armor : 25 (+2.35 per lvl.) MR : 18 (+1.95 per lvl.) Move : 240 (+0.00 per lvl.) HP Regen : 5.9 per 5 sec. (+2.3 per 5 sec - per lvl.) Mana regen : 3.2 per 5 sec. (+1.8 per 5 sec - per lvl.)
[Passive] Mk5-PAS: Passively gains a perminant sheild equivilant to 80 +(100% max HP - 10% AD) +(10 per lvl.) Sheild regenerates after out of combat for 10/8/6/4 seconds (Ulti lvl determines time) Regeneration rate: 125 per five secconds
[Q] Semi-Armor Piercing rounds: Passivly grants 2/2.5/3/3.5/4% Armor penitration every 5 attacks
[W] HE-DP9: Throws out a gernade that explodes after 2.5/2/1.5/1/.5 secconds, Dealing 95/110/125/140/155 +(25% AD) Phisical dmg (180 range radius) Throw range: 450/460/470/480/490 Mana Cost: 80/85/90/95/100 Cooldown: 22/20/18/16/14 secconds
[E] Spikebomb: Plants a Spikebomb that lasts for 30 secconds (landmine) Dealing 75/85/95/105/115 +(75% AD) phisical dmg (240 radius) Plant range: 80 at all Cost: 1 Spikebomb (max 2; generates one per 60 secconds) Cooldown: 45/40/35/30/25 secconds
[R] Supercharge: Initiates multiple effects: Effect 1: triples Shields and forces max strength shields for 5 seconds Effect 2: 20/25/30% bonus CDR Effect 3: If killed while effect is active, deals 100/250/300 (+120% missing HP) as true dmg (590 range radius) Effect 4: loses 120 movement and halves AS (aftershock - lasts 3 secconds)

Visuals are basised off Halo-style Spartans, without helms and as a Bandle. Large-scale facial scarring (Katarina-style eyeslash) This is for the Visual representation - Remove helmet and insert Yordle head.

getting a Last Whisper is extrordinaraly venomous- but can slaughter those who are dumb enought to go too close. This can leave you a bit streched, however...

For a more offencive playstyle, use

- Armor Piercing does catastrophic damadge combo'd up with the free True from Ignite, and you can ditch Heal for Flash if you are decent at using Shields to your best use. -
By getting Bloodthirster and Ruined King, you have much more sustain and a unending pile of shields that have to be slaughtered first - More HP back and bigger shields. What more could one want? IRON SOLARI SHIELD

If you can't land your HE-DP9s right, then try using them to lure opponents into Spikebomb'd brush. It'll leave a happy supprise all over their frontline.

If you're in Draft pick, make shure to lock in Razu last - this would be one hell of a supprise for any heavy-Armor tanks.
Playing against:

If you have a Armor-heavy champ on your team, avoid getting Razu too close to them, or face cataclysmic corrections.

Try and counterpick with a charictor that has decent sustain, damage (non-burst) and far range - Most likely Caitlyn or Tristana in later levels.

Keep your supports a-wardn'. This means you have expodentialy better odds of not getting blind-sided by Spikebombs or HE-DP9s.

Use long-range poke and hard damadge to keep Razu out of the fight

When Razu has no shields up, he's extreamly vulnerable - focus him down IMMEDIATELY or he will regenerate his shields!
