Skin boost trading?

I think it would be pretty neat. Everyone gets their random skin and you can see who got what skin, and you can trade them your random for theirs. No trading skins already owned unless you have like all the skins for that guy and get a random skin, then you can give someone the skin you have and take theirs.

That way everyone can get a skin they want(maybe) and skin boosts would be bought more often($$$).
