Hjalmar, the Axe

Currently all I have is a basic skill set for him, but any feed back on it would be well appreciated!

Skill Set:

Passive/Innate: Senseless Bravery

Even when facing the most terrible, Hjalmar fights on with reckless bravery, commonly seen as madness. Hjalmar gains 5% increased damage for every nearby enemy champion(700 Range). Additionally, fear durations are reduced by 25%.

Q: Shield Wall

Passive: Hjalmar Gains more resistances the more allies that are nearby(700).

For every ally within 700 units he gains (3/6/9/12/15) armor and magic resistance. Max of 50 Armor and Magic Resist earned this way.

Active: For three seconds Hjalmar brings up his shield, blocking up to three dashes that would go through him, and reducing damage done to him by (10/11/12/13/14)%.

Cooldown: 15 Seconds

W: Unrelenting Assault

Hjalmar dashes in target direction dealing (50/75/100/125/150[+1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5% Max health]) physical damage in a 300 unit radius around him, pushing the first enemy champion knocking them back 200 units, stunning them for 1 second if they hit a wall and dealing an additional (25/35/45/55/65[+1.5 AD]). Hjalmar follows the champions struck to the end of the of the knock back.

Range: 450

Cooldown: 12/11.5/11/10.5/10 Seconds

E: Shatter Their Ranks

Hjalmar, after .5 second delay, cleaves the area in front of him dealing (75/105/145/175/205[Plus 1.0 AD) physical damage, healing for 15% of the damage done. This ability deals 25% more damage to minions and monsters.

Minions and monsters are stunned for 1 second by the strike, Champions above 50% health are slowed by 45% decaying over 1 second, champions below 50% are stunned for 1.25 seconds.

Cooldown: 10 Seconds 45 Degree Cone, 400 Range R: War Call

Hjalmar lets out a terrible war cry, rallying the allies near him, and fearing the closest enemies for 1 second(Inner Circle), and increasing damage done to all enemies in range by (7.5/10/12.5%) for 3 seconds. The nearest rallied allies(Inner Circle) gain 10/20/30(+15% Armor) bonus armor, and 10/15/20(Plus 10% MR) bonus magic resistance. All allies in range gain 30% movement speed when moving towards Hjalmar.

Note: Bonus Armor from Shield Wall is not applied into buff to resistances.

Inner AoE: 500

Total AoE: 1000

Duration: Five Seconds

Cooldown: 120/105/90 Seconds

I was hoping for a floating axe. Not disappointed, but I gotta say the character is a tad uninteresting as of right now(then again it is just a kit)

Passive is ok. I honestly don't have a problem with the idea of it so long as his abilities aren't already ridiculously strong.

Q passive is also ok. 50 might be a bit much and I honestly think it overshadows Wukong's passive, but honestly I think that's Riot's fault. The active is also pretty neat! I believe it's balanced and has no issues. Are basic attacks disabled while the shield is up or does Hjalmar just bash things with his shield?

W is also pretty kewl. No problems with damage nor the ability itself.

E seems legit, no real problems. I never understood decimal scaling, but I can assume that 1.0 is 100% AD? Still a good and balanced ability, and I like the way it interacts with champions, minions, and monsters.

R is also good. No problems.

Overall, Hjalmar seems like a juggernaut support tank in a sense, good for both his team and taking the initiative and engaging. The kit, though only a tad basic(as I've seen kits like it on the boards before), is balanced and with some good lore/ unique personality/(cough Stolen cough) images from the internet, I can see this character rising in popularity.
