I'm just throwing out a quick champion idea, including abilities, stats, and reccomended playstyles/builds. Will add lore, quotes, and art if you guys like this concept. Here we go.

Role: Top

Dawn is a melee champion that uses a power axe and a round protective energy shield on one arm. I'm going for a kind of space viking vibe.

Passive - Hextech Power Armor - Dawn converts 25/50/75 percent of her armor and magic resistance into physical and magic damage respectively on her basic attacks. Her basic abilities also scale off of resistances. This ability levels up at 6,11, and 18.

Q - Arclite Slugs - Dawn loads her laser rifle with an arclite infused power core, causing her to deal 65/75/85/95/105 (+75% of armor) in physical damage on her next basic attack, which has an increased range of 800. Dawn has 7 second to execute her next basic attack, and if she reactivates this ability before doing so, she vents the power core out of her rifle, before lobbing it like a grenade towards her cursor dealing 120/140/160/180/200 (+100% of magic resist) at a max range of 550 with an AoE of 300 units. This secondary attack also slows the target for 25% and applies the " Press The Attack Debuff", which shreds their armor and magic resist by 10% for each stack applied. *Cooldown of 8/7/6/5/4 seconds. Cost of 50/45/40/35/30 Energy. *

**W - Into The Breach - **Dawn charges forward 900 units with her power axe in hand, dealing 80/120/160/200/240 (+ 45% of armor) physical damage to the first enemy she hits and stunning them for 0.6/0.7/0.8/0.9/1 seconds. However, if she hits and enemy afflicted with the "Press The Attack Debuff" she instead deals 80/120/160/200/240 (+ 85% of magic resist ) in magic damage, and stunning them for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2/2.25 seconds. Each stack of the debuff after one, up to a cap of 5, will deal an additional 90 magic damage. Cooldown of 18/16/14/12/10 seconds. Flat Cost of 100 energy.

**E - Titan's Fortitude - **Dawn activates her power armor's Titan systems which slow her by 40/35/30/25/20 % for the 9/10/11/12/13 second duration of the ability. However, while active, this ability throws up a regenerating (50 shield strength per second) 1000/1250/1500/1750/2000 hp shield (+100% of armor and magic resist) that blocks and negates all enemy basic attacks and abilities in a 650 unit circular area around her. Teamates inside the shield cannot take damage from enemies that are outside the shield, but can from enemies that pass through the shield. If the shield is depleted fully before the duration of the ability ends, Dawn is stunned for 1.5 seconds and loses 50 energy. Cooldown of 40/35/30/25/20 seconds. Cost of 150/130/110/90/70 energy.

**R - Endless Legend - **Dawn diverts power from all other systems into her defensive and targeting modules, increasing her armor and magic resistance by 100/125/200, while also slowing her for 55% for 13/14/15 seconds. This ability also lets Dawn use her laser rifle as her primary weapon for a time, increasing range of all of Dawn's basic attacks by 500/550/600. However, if Dawn dies during Endless Legend, her spawn timer is increased by 10/15/20 seconds. Should Dawn score an assist or kill during this time, her next spawn timer is reduced by 10/15/20 seconds, which can stack up to a reduction of 60 seconds. Cooldown of 120/100/80 seconds. No cost.

**Reccomended Top Lane Build: **item 3111 item 3068 item 3143 item 3102 item 3065 and either item 3026 or item 3075

Stats: Health : 465 (plus 95 per level) Health Regen : 8.5 per 5 (plus 0.5) (per 5) Energy : 200 Energy Regen : 50 (per 5) Range : 150 (melee) Attack Damage : 51 (plus 4 per level) Ability Power : 0 Attack Speed : 0.68 (plus 6% per level) Armor : 80 (plus 6.6 per level) Magic Resist : 80 (plus 3.8 per level) Move Speed : 345 (plus 2 per level)

Final Thoughts - I envision Dawn as a very tanky frontline initiator that can also defend if the need arises. She has a decent mobility tool in her W, a great defensive, and offensive, steroid with some risk and rewards built into her R, a reliable and versatile Q, along with her great defensive capability in her E. I'm not quite sure if she'd be op, as she'd be dealing decent damage while being tanky, however she doesnt have reliable hard cc, so she must really set up her all in initiation, which can give her opponent an opportunity to counterplay by avoiding her secondary Arclite slugs, or trying to dodge her W if she's landed it on you. Her stats are all fairly normal aside from her resistances, and her movespeed, which scales. I decided since she had a lot of stuff that slows her, she really needed just a little bit more speed in the endgame to keep her from being completely immobile. Her resistances are so high to allow her to get a bit more "base" damage in a sense, as magic resist is much harder to stack, along with since she operates on energy, this cuts out the big armor item Frozen heart, and even stuff like IceBorn Gauntlet. Overall, I feel Dawn would be a fairly balanced top lane, and possibly even a jungler if played correctly. I also wanted to play around with the idea of being able to either save a game by coming back earlier if you play your ult correctly, or completely screwing yourself if you mess up***. I understand she might be a bit op right now, but that's what I have you guys for!* **

What do you guys think? Please show your like, or dislike, for my champion in the comments below. However, all I ask is that we keep it civil, and if you are going to be rude, at least be rude in a constructive manner. Thank you for reading!

On a final note, I took a lot of inspiration from a game called Endless Legend, which is also a sci fi fantasy blend of themes, hence her ultimates name, and as such, she might look a bit like this.
