Master Chief has two weapons slots, and his weapons only give bonuses while currently in use. You can swap weapons by pressing the A key. Master Chief will trade in whatever weapon he is currently using for whatever weapon he buys. Bonuses for each weapon are as follow :

Q,Intense Training - 50 energy , Master Chief calls upon his training and experience, making his next basic attack deal 100/175/250/325/400 physical damage (Plus 0.5 attack damage.), and grant him a burst of 30/40/50/60/70 movement speed for 4 seconds. CD : 10/9/8/7/6

W, Survivor - 80 Energy, Master Chief passively increases his magic resist and armour by 10/15/20/25/30. Upon activation, he drops a bubble shield at his feet that cover 700 units, in a radius, and absorbs 200/250/300/350/400 damage (plus total armour and magic resist, and 0.2 attack damage.) The shield persists for 10 seconds, and heals all allies within the radius for 75/150/225/300/375 health, over 5 seconds. CD: 24/20/16/12/8

E, MIA - 70 Energy , Master Chief gains stealth (Similar to Evelynn's) that last for 2/3/4/5/6 seconds. Every second he remains unseen, he gains a grenade charge. Detection radius: 400 Should Master Chief attack before stealth ends, he loses a third of his grenade charges. While MIA is on cooldown, Master Chief can reactivate this ability to lob a grenade that does 60/100/140/180/220 physical damage (plus 0.4 attack damage) and slows all enemies within the 175 units radius by 50% for 1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8/2 seconds. Consumes 1 grenade charge per lob, and requires a 0.5 second nteval between throws. Can store up to 10 grenades at once.CD: 20/18/16/14/12 Seconds

R,Inhuman Luck - No Cost , John 117 turns the odds in his favor, gaining 40%/60%/80% critical chance for 8/10/12 seconds, causing his critical strikes to deal 50% more damage (Stacks with Infinity edge and runes and masteries.) and granting his entire team a plus 10/15/20 (plus 50% of John's Armour and magic resistance) armour and magic resistance buff, that also resets his entire teams basic abilities' cooldowns.(Including his own.)Cooldown reset does not apply to Inhuman Luck. John's basic attacks also slow by 15% for the duration, and he also gains 30/40/50 movement speed. CD: 120/105/90 Seconds

In closing, Master Chief could go Top, Mid, Bot as ADC, or even as support, with his bubble shield. Jungle, could work, but wouldn't be suited to his kit the best.

This is how I'd like to see Master Chief implemented into LoL even though it'll never happen.
