sylas should be able to steal all abilities not just ultimates...
sylas should be able to press Q,W,E,R and passive and steal anyones abilities for use.

You posted this in concepts & creations rather than memes & games.
to some degree sure Q then enemy Q cast steal then on E contact its another steal enemy E then finally a W kinslayer finally a steal there his passive has to stay how it is and 2ndly his ratios/bases would have to drop with that much utility.
